There are 2 grocery stores right next to it. One is just around the corner, about 2 minutes to walk, the other 5 minutes to walk. There is also a small center, with a sports shop, fitness center, cafe and pharmacy. The place has a sleeping alcove and an extra bed, so there is room for 3 people, but it is probably best suited for 2. There is a private outdoor area. Parking has an electric car charger. Parties are not allowed.

In this semi-detached house you live centrally, but rural. It is close to most shop, activitespark/bike track, beach, great walks in Sunnmøre Alps both short and long, high and low. It is also within walking distance to Ørsta city center with restaurants, shopping center, etc. The garden is not so large, but contains the fire pans, cozy garden furniture and trampoline. There is also a river just below that has a nice swimming area. There are also nice fishing opportunities both in the river and in the sea.
