Great villa with amazing views. In small hamlet with other villas. Very close rustic restauant, with other great restaurant a short drive away. Close to cycle route, but hilly.

The contact before check-in was always friendly and helpful. The reception on site and the tour of the house was very warm. All rooms were clean and corresponded to the pictures in the description. The garden was huge and just right equipped for children. The pool and terrace were clean and very welcoming. For the children there were also toys in the house. Wood and lighters were available for the indoor and outdoor fireplace. The surroundings were quiet and located in the middle of nature. The grounds were completely fenced and the garden was nicely laid out. The kitchen was great, everything was available. All rooms were modernly decorated and cozy. In the evening, the pool and garden were chicly lit. For questions or the like, the landlady was always available and could help and give tips for things like activities. We would book the house again and again and enjoyed the stay.

We loved this place. If you are looking for a peaceful oasis, this is the place you should book. Looks exactly as it’s shown on the pictures. Beautiful and well equipped house for a relaxing vacation! Thank you Maja for being an amazing host!

We had a fabulous weeks holiday staying in an amazing villa. Everything was perfect, plenty of space, well equipped with clean private pool and garden to relax. Would definitely recommend and certainly return.

Would stay here again! We were 7 girls and had the best weekend. The house is located in a quiet area which we loved. There was everything we needed in the house and it was very clean! Ivan responded to my messages immedietly and was very helpfull with everything. Would absolutely recommend to stay here!

We spent a week vacation at Villa Enigma. Everything was perfect. Great decor, great outdoor kitchen, nice pool, lots of space! The house is freestanding and you are really private here. No neighbors who are disturbing. Only small downside: there is only one umbrella by the pool, so relatively little shade. All in all but a super great house! Communication on site was easy and worked well.

My family (my wife and 3 adult offspring) had the most amazing time at Villa Sonja. The villa was so comfortable and welcoming. Truly a home from home experience. So many amenities we wanted for nothing. Ivan was so helpful. We had a thorough tour of the gated property. There was an Istrian platter of meats and cheese plus basic essentials upon arrival (including beer!). Ivan also surprised us with a birthday cake for my children’s birthdays that fell on the Mon and Weds. Delicious! Ivan also arranged a sunset boat ride for us through his contacts in the tourism office. 5 mins walk to the beach. 8 mins walk to the centre. Pool and table tennis in the games room were used every day. Outdoor pool and kitchen/bbq were fantastic.

The house is great for having a good time with friends.

Probably our favorite accommodation ever! We stayed as a family of four, which included a toddler. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and very friendly. Immaculately clean and tidy.

The Villa is beautiful. The architecture, design and build is first rate. The interior design is soothing and comfortable. A mix of stone farmhouse and modern mediterranean. Everything was very high quality and most impressive. The location and views are amazing. The pool and pool house are stunning. The landscape is very well done, the garden ( we did pick tomatoes, watermelon, baby carrots and shallots, after we asked if it was ok) is lovely. The grapes were picked during our stay and one of our group helped out ( for about 15 minutes, ha ha). The only minor drawback were the bugs. Evidently late Sept early Oct. is the season for a particular bug. No big thing. I highly recommend the Villa and thank you Andreas and Hana.

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

The accommodation was fantastic, with excellent amenities in the kitchen and for grilling. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor area were very inviting, offering plenty of relaxing spots. Communication with Paolo was seamless, and we could always reach out to him with any questions. We stayed for a week in Vodnjan and had the best time. Location is great. Private and peaceful. The villa is beautiful both inside and out and it’s a within minute drive of the centre of Pula and other local villages. Maria and her husband, who look after the villa on behalf of Céline are fantastic too. A really delightful place to stay and we’ll no doubt be back in the future.

The accommodation is exactly as described and is exactly as shown in the photos – absolutely authentic! The villa is modern, very clean, well maintained and well equipped. We really lacked nothing and felt completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxing days. Darko and his brother Dragan were extremely courteous, helpful and likeable - a big thank you to both of them! We can recommend this home without restrictions.

If you book this fantastic villa, you will not only book a luxurious and top equipped accommodation, but you will receive a warm and incomparable hospitality from the landlords. Apart from expecting pure luxury at this home, the hosts will make you feel like part of the family. In addition to ample welcome gifts, there were numerous tips on local restaurants, activities and much more. It is very important to provide an experience that is far from the tourist experience. They see Istria from a whole new page. As soon as questions came up, it was answered in detail and comprehensively. Ana and her husband were always eager to provide us with a wonderful stay. This deserves a big thank you! I can only make a clear recommendation. PS: The jacuzzi on the roof with the view of the sea and the islands is the highlight.
