Romantic house in beautiful location. We loved it!

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Die Umgebung war sehr Ruhig. Leider ist der Weg nach Prag sehr weit mit Öffis sodass wir froh waren mit Auto angereist zu seien. ( In Prag Innenstadt gibt es nur Parkhäuser wo man sein Auto abstellen kann 70 Kronen die Stunde.) Ansonsten konnte man gut übernachten es war ruhig und eine entspannte Gegend.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders habe ich die Ruhe und die schöne Umgebung genossen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub mit meinem Sohn David war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns Ausflugstipps in der Umgebung gesagt Wirlpool und Sauna machen die Unterkunft perfekt Danke an David war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

The apartment is spacious with separate bedroom and balcony access from both rooms which we really enjoyed. The collection of old TV's and electronics was quite eclectic and interesting as seen in the photos, it was a nice decorative touch. The clothes washer and dryer were also great amenities and even included the detergent. You can walk to most local destinations but trams are a short walk around the corner if traveling longer distances, but don't forget to validate your ticket as soon as you get on the tram. The host was very welcoming and accommodating, I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment.

Ubytovanie rozhodne odporúčam. Všetko bolo skvelé, čisté a veľmi priestranné. Pani Jana je veľmi milá a priateľská hostiteľka. Apartmán je ešte krajší ako na foto. Pohodlné postele, tichá lokalita pod lesom ideálna na odpočinok od stresu. Český Krumlov je 1 zastávku vlakom. Pobyt sme si užili a určite sa vrátime. Ďakujeme.

The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. It is located in a quiet area, within walking distance of the metro station, from where you can reach the city centre in 30 minutes. There is a big shopping centre a 15-minute walk from the apartment, and a smaller convenience store just around the corner. It was great to sit on the terrace when the weather's nice, and the parking spot in the underground car park was another big advantage. The internet connection was smooth and fast. Maksim and Tatyana are great hosts, easy to contact and very responsive. The check-in with Tatyana went smoothly, and Maksim made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. My mum and I loved the apartment and would gladly stay again when visiting Prague.

We stayed a long weekend with friends at Jiřís place and spend it playing tennis, cooking, playing pool, using the sauna and exploring the area. We could have not asked for more - the house is spacious and has ample space to spend time together but also relax by yourself for a bit. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking together and we could also use the outdoor grill. Jiří is very hospitable and helped quickly when we had queries. All in all, we can highly recommend this lovely house in a beautiful area!

Wir waren zu dritt mit unserem Hund für 3 Tage im Haus von Michal und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus war sauber, modern ausgestattet und befindet sich in sehr guter Lage. Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne See in der Nähe, ideal für Spaziergänge oder einfach zum Entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen es weiter.

A long time ago, I wanted to stay where the action is. Middle of town. Then I learned about public transport. Stay in a nice quiet spot, commute. Which is what we did. Excellent. Kateřina's place is well priced, everything is there, and Kateřina is quick to respond to queries. Recommended.

Absolutely charming location in the heart of Old Town! Walking out of the front entrance of the flat for the first time, you'll realize you are in the heart of best part of the city; stores, restaurants, architecture, churches, museums, pubs, Cafes, etc etc are quite literally all around you. While there are endless sights within a short walking distance from the front door, I found myself always coming back to the flat around evening so I could watch the sun set above the rooftops from the windows within the flat, it's an extraordinary view! Jana is a fantastic and caring host, I had the pleasure of meeting her and her son upon arrival. Communication was great prior to the trip as well. I really enjoyed just walking around the flat and feeling as though I was in a piece of history, the whole apartment is very comfy and welcoming, but tastefully decorated with classic Czech charm, I really enjoyed it.

In a few words , our first time to Prague and this place was an excellent choice.The location was great it was walkable to a lot of the tourist areas but also to the local scene as well. Jana was a great host very responsive. My wife and I felt very safe ,I highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Prague .

Alles war wie beschrieben. Kaum 50 Meter bis zur U Bahn. Kleiner Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Microwelle... alles da. Yvetta hat uns zum Frühstück eingeladen in einem Restaurant unterhalb der Burg Danke nochmals hierfür. Ich würde mich wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden ❤️

A wonderful part of Prague, quiet and with plenty of things to see and do but away from the busy tourist areas. However, the connectivity to everywhere in the city is brilliant - trams, buses and metro within 2 minutes walk at the very most. The communication was brilliant from the host and the modest apartment was great as a base to explore. No formal shared space and no TV/music system, but some seating around a breakfast bar in the kitchen and good WiFi.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tereza’s Prague home. Upon arrival we received a personal greeting and walk-thru by her friendly colleague, Pavel. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, clean and the kitchen very adequate, although we enjoyed most of our meals while exploring Prague’s excellent restaurants. The bath is the home’s highlight, with modern fixtures, a wonderful shower, and a sauna that shouldn’t be missed. Access to the street is secure and easy, and the elevator a welcome rarity in older Prague buildings. Tereza provides an extensive info binder and responded immediately to my emailed questions. The location is extremely convenient with a tram stop at the end of the block (the 22 is a great line for quickly traveling to Old Town Square and Prague Castle), and markets, restaurants and a bakery are a short walk away. Lastly, we really appreciated living outside the crowds and noise of Old Town. I highly recommend Tereza’s home for anyone visiting Prague.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden in der Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und fast jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Den Pool und die Sauna haben wir sehr genossen. Sehr praktisch waren die Garage und die Stellplätze vorm Haus. Wir würden wiederkommen und können das Haus für eine größere Gruppe empfehlen.

Great place to explore Czech Republic. You definitely need a car to get around except for getting to the village swimming pond/playground. Both Prague and Pilsen are easy to reach and there is tons of stuff to see and do in between. We went with 2 young kids and they weren't bored for a second

Wir waren eine große Freundesgruppe und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der weite Blick über See und Landschaft bringt so viel Ruhe. Auch bei Regenwetter hatten wir viel Platz im Haus zu spielen oder uns zu unterhalten. Die überdachte Veranda, die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, die großen Flächen zum Boule/Federball spielen, der kleine Pool…all das ist wunderbar für große Gruppen oder Familien. Wir kommen wieder!

Als ich das erste Bild gesehen habe, dachte ich sofort: „Wow, wie schön!“ – dort war das Ferienhaus mit Balkon abgebildet. Vor Ort waren wir dann zwar im Erdgeschoss untergebracht, aber auch von dort hatten wir ein wunderschönes Panorama. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es ein kleines Problem, das jedoch schnell von Judith aufgenommen und zügig gelöst wurde – der Hausmeister war sogar sehr schnell vor Ort. Unser kurzer Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön, und alles war wie beschrieben. Die Bettwäsche war zwar schon etwas älter, hat aber ihren Zweck erfüllt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, und die Menschen vor Ort sind äußerst freundlich. Vielen Dank!

A beautiful cottage in the woods. Tomás was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Place is equipped with everything you might need for a long stay! There are few grocery shops and gym around, so this place is ideal if you don’t need to commute to city centre everyday. Anyway you get to Prague center is around 20 minutes by car, so this is fine! Miloslav and Monika are very helpful, definitely recommend!
