We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Venice! It’s just a 5-minute walk from the train station, which made arriving and getting around incredibly easy. The space was spotless, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated—every detail felt thoughtfully considered. The host went above and beyond, meeting us in person at check-in and offering excellent local tips and recommendations that made our visit even more special. They were always available for any questions and truly made us feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Venice!

Just home from our second stay at Ca’Zanna, and again everything was perfect. We love Treviso and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else when we visit. The apartment is close to everything, including transport links for days out - Venice, Padua - but cool, peaceful and relaxing to come home to. Nicolo and his family, who we met this time, could not be more helpful, kind and friendly hosts. You will always get a speedy and proactive response to any communications. Our regular haunts were the little cafe/bakery just steps away for breakfast, and the super restaurant just round the corner, where you can enjoy great food sitting inside or out. The apartment is stylish, immaculate and very comfortable.

Great new apartment, very peaceful, practical, comfortable, and exactly as in the photos. Professional host had great recommendations; and made all the practical stuff easy: Good directions; Flexible check in with code and key box; QR codes to enter Venice sorted and sent; bins on site to leave rubbish easily on departure. Can only recommend.

We had a great stay in this apartment in Venice. The accommodation is very clean, perfectly located, and really well equipped, it has all the necessary amenities, including a washer and dryer, which is very convenient. The bus stop to get to Venice is a minute's walk away, which makes it much easier to get around. The host was always available, very kind and extremely flexible, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Venice in the best conditions!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Laura's apartment. Everything was so clean and organized, and still felt like home. Laura's instructions were super clear and she met us at the designated spot within a minute. We would highly recommend staying here and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we ever return to Venice.

This was a great place to dip in and out of the hustle and bustle of Venice while having some space to relax. Especially with a toddler it was really nice to have all the outdoor space and amenities - he was way more interested in the sandbox and trampoline than canals.

The location was on the outskirts from the main tourist area but it was very quiet and close enough to restaurants and the coop! The Airbnb was our favorite of the 5 we stayed in. Very clean, large and the most comfortable bed!

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. This was a fantastic property! The area is very clean and walkable to great food, wine and water bus stations. The apartment was very clean, Valentina was great!!!! An AirBnB we had previously booked cancelled on us the day before our trip the Venice. Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

If you are even thinking about Lorenzo’s place, do not hesitate! His home is so beautiful and quaint. He has everything you need. He made us feel at home and was very helpful with ideas of places to eat, grocery stores and places to see. There were three of us ladies traveling from the US and he made us feel safe and secure. He responds very quickly to messages and we had no issues at all with his place. His home is very neat and clean. We felt safe walking throughout the neighborhood. If my travels ever take me back to Venice, I will definitely stay at Lorenzo’s place! The tram and bus stops are within walking distance from his home. The airport is about 15 minutes drive away and Venice Mestre, the train station is about a 10 minutes drive away. You will not regret staying at Lorenzo’s place. I would rate him higher is they had more than 5 stars!! He is definitely a “Super” super host!!

We stayed for a weekend in Venice. This place was great, very easy to reach and we discovered the city by foot from the apartment. Very welcoming hosts and we received some great recommendations for the area, thank you!

The apartment is very comfortable and well organised. The location is outside the center of the town but is well connected and if you have a car, there is a parking place just in front of the house. The host is super responsive and friendly, so all in all a great place where to stay if you need to visit Treviso and the province.

My family really enjoyed this apartment. It is spacious and very clean. Alessandro was super helpful, especially at check in when we were all tired and jet-lagged. The apartment has everything we needed for a baby. The breakfast necessities are a nice touch that was really helpful that first morning. The bus to Venice is very close and convenient.

We loved staying there. It was super close to the train station to Venice. It was beautiful, clean and super quiet. It had everything we needed, and lots of space! I would definitely recommend Manuela’s place if you’re looking to go to Venice, but you want somewhere a little quieter and out of the way!

We had a very nice stay at this place. Walkable distance to everything, and quite tucked away so it feels more quiet. Would come back!

Monica’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at in a long while. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, spotless and had absolutely everything needed for a perfect stay. Monica was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. She left us a lovely welcome gift and plenty of snacks and beverages. Loved having both washer and dryer in the apartment as well. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the freeway, and grocery making it simple to get around. During our stay we visited Venice, Bolzano, Belluno, Asolo, Vichenza and Padua. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay! Thanks Monica!

This apartment exceeded our expectations and it is even more beautifully decorated than the photos suggest. The careful attention to detail was truly superlative, extending to things like a shoehorn and hand sanitizer by the doorway, a pitcher of cold water waiting in the fridge, etc. It is very convenient to the train station, just steps away from the Ponte degli Scalzi (so only one major flight of stairs to navigate with luggage once out of the station) but yet extremely private (and very quiet with windows shut). Francesca was friendly and helpful; she greeted us in person and was very accommodating with our schedule. We'll definitely try to stay here again next trip to Venice - thank you for the wonderful stay!

Silvia was the most helpful and responsive host I've ever had, and I've stayed at many Airbnb places. Her apartment was absolutely pristine - you could literally eat your dinner off the floor! - and so bright and airy. There was plenty of room, and lots of closet and storage space. The views were wonderful, and there was such a sense of spaciousness and light, which can be hard to find in Venice. AC was included and was very effective. Silvia sent us lots of recommendations for secret, untouristy spots known only to locals, which were all brilliant, and she was so quick to respond and so keen to go out of her way to help. The only tiny drawback is that there is no elevator and six flights of stairs, but it was the perfect excuse to work off that pasta! The Canareggio area of Venice is the least touristy and yet so close to everything - this really was the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time in Venice! Pietro and Caterina were amazing! They helped us check in, walked us through how to use the elevator and door locks, as well as helped us book water taxis for all of our excursions. The location was great, it was quiet and away from the super tourist filled areas, but was close enough to access everything. The apt was very clean and comfortable. We will define back to Venice soon and use other airbnb places with Caterina and Pietro. 5 stars all around! Grazie mille!!
