First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. Thoroughly recommended this accommodation and location to any and all. 😃

Excellent! I was on vacation 8000km from home and alone... I had a very good feeling that was confirmed. I felt safe. The neighborhood is safe. 6 mins from the tram on foot. Bakeries, supermarkets and others nearby. The fan saved my life with the heat in Paris, but it was nice in the apartment without a fan. Bed very comfortable. I loved staying in this apartment with my boyfriend for our trip to Paris. There are plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby, as well as the RER to go into the main city center. The space inside the apartment is small but very comfortable and clean. Mathéo was very proactive and helpful. I would recommend.

The place was great. 7min walking distance to metro station N.7 and then there is grrat connection to the center of the city. Clean appartment,very nice natural light. Thank you very much for everything.

Renovated apartment as pictured. Everything you need is present, excellent linen. New and working kitchen equipment. Rer a munito a piedi, 10 minutes from Gare De Lyon. Bakery and pastry shop near the house. Two new fans are present. The landlord is precise, kind and available for any request. Thank you for everything, I highly recommend. Good

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this lovely flat in Paris! The apartment was exactly as described—charming, clean and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was absolutely perfect—nestled in a quiet neighbourhood and Very close to bus & Train station. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful. This place truly added to the magic of our trip. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing stay in Paris.

The best apartment. We had everything, we need, the rooms are really big, the beds are very comfortable. The connection was perfect. Simo is superhost, he helped us a lot. The area is safe, I used to run at about 22-23 p.m. and there wasn't any problem. To get to the centre of Paris it takes about 40 minutes. I highly recommend this apartment. If we go to Paris one more time, we will be happy to stay there again.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Everything was perfect!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

Great view from penthouse apartment, especially Eiffel Tower light show at night. Very safe area. Lovely park nearby, and lots of restaurants. Sophie is a great communicator. Be sure to ask how to put the washer/dryer into dry mode, I never did figure that out. Will definitely stay here again next time in Paris. Thank you, Sophie!
