Carmen is the friendliest host we have met so far, she offered us breakfast before leaving the place, she was very accommodating in late check out. We loved talking to her, and her place was very cozy and convenient to us. It was at walking distance to train station, and a major bus stop which will take you anywhere in Madrid.

My stay was amazing, Alecsa's service was excellent at all times, very kind, she made me feel very comfortable and confident. Although it is a small place, you always have your privacy, it has easy access and impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bed. Overall, I give it 100 out of 100. I would return without thinking

Juan was very kind and was available at all times for any questions. He also told us how Madrid's public transport worked and how to get to the center in the fastest and most efficient way.

Mónica is an incredible host who made my trip to Madrid extremely special. Her apartment is gorgeous and is the perfect location, and she made me feel right at home throughout the whole trip. Could not recommend more!

We spent 4 days in Madrid and needed a centralized place to stay. Patricia‘s apartment was perfect. We had everything we needed. Our private bathroombathroom was excellent with a shower/tub. The bed and pillows/linens were great. Very comfortable. She had a personal refrigerator for us too! The apartment was located very close to everything. The train station is just minutes away as well. Overall, we were very pleased with Patricia‘s Airbnb. We plan to come back to Madrid and we’ll definitely hope that Patricia‘s place is available. She was very personable and made the difference. Her dog Coco was adorable. Looking forward to returning one day soon!

We stayed at Victoria’s place for a week, and it felt like a home away from home in Madrid. The apartment is beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail—if you’re into interior design, you’ll appreciate how thoughtfully everything is put together. The theme is colorful and vibrant, even the kitchenware is in playful candy tones, and there’s a lightbox that says “Confitería” (which means candy shop in Spanish) Every piece of furniture is carefully chosen and blends well with the overall aesthetic. The apartment is newly renovated, spacious, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Great lighting, comfy bed, strong water pressure, and even a mid-week towel refresh. It was perfect for working remotely and relaxing. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to great restaurants and tourist spots. Even though the area is lively, the apartment itself is really quiet. We had a wonderful week at Victoria’s place and would absolutely recommend it!

Minimum welcome despite respecting our 5 p.m. arrival schedule. A stressful hour waiting at the bottom of the building, the person delegated to hand over the keys could only arrive around 6 p.m. We had no contact during our stay with the host. Too bad because the apartment is nice and well designed for two people. Its location near the metro makes it easy to reach the various attractions of Madrid.

Small apartment, but with everything you need. Rossy very nice and attentive, but if we don't get to talk to her my friend and I, I don't know when she would have talked to us to meet for the delivery of the keys. Otherwise, everything is very clean and very good.

The apartment is incredibly comfortable and equipped. Pet friendly. 10 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from downtown by bus. I emphasize the comfort of the beds and the armchair, which in our case we were 3 ( and my cat) we also use it for sleeping. I also highlight the central heating, we were warm at all times (we arrived right in the spring transition and it was cool outside). It even has a floating floor. Regarding the bathroom is small but well laid out. It even has bidet and a shower is wonderful!!! the most, it comes out with very good water and hot temperature all the time. The fully-equipped kitchen, we had an oven, washing machine, dishwasher. A luxury. The hosts Denisse and Fernando are always attentive to all our requirements. They were in the check-in time and we were provided with more linens and another set of keys. We highly recommend this home. Super comfort guaranteed

We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

The accommodation, the furnishings, the comfort and reliability offered by the facilities both inside the cuchibus and outside, excellent. The attention and importance to details defines the hosts. We'll be back for sure.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was very nice, clean and with clear instructions. The only thing, unless I'm mistaken (I didn't read it) is that it had stairs to access the apartment and I was traveling with a person who had difficulty going up and down. But other than that, I recommend it 100%. Accessible to the center both by public transport and by taxi. It has been a great experience.

Pino’s place was great for the week my partner and I stayed in Madrid! It has an amazing location so you can walk to everything. There is an elevator which made it easy to move the luggage up and down. The wifi was fantastic, my partner had to work a bit so that made it super easy. The apartment had everything we needed, and Pino even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks! Pino was also very flexible with our check in as we arrived early in the day which was very appreciated! One thing I will mention is that it was loud at night during the holiday we happened to be there for (Constitution Day) but was quiet the rest of the week. It didn’t bother us too much as we had ear plugs! We highly recommend staying here!

This is a great listing. It is in an amazing location, with public transportation and restaurants. Also they had everything I needed for my extended stay. Mirelis is a great host, she was very helpful with everything I needed.

Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay with Liron, who is a fantastic host very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. You can truly feel the spirit of Madrid the moment you step outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.
