Entire house in Los Villares

Modern house with private garden, covered porch and barbecue, ideal for 4 people. It has two bedrooms with a double bed, a renovated bathroom, an equipped kitchen (microwave with grill, ceramic hob, refrigerator and washing machine), WiFi, TV (it does not have an antenna, it does have internet Youtube, Netflix etc where you will have to enter your account) and air conditioning. Quiet area, perfect for resting. Important: the pool and community green area that is not shown in the photos are not available.

Private room in a house shared with the host. A villa in the Retiro neighborhood. Large terrace. I live with Loles my cat. If you are allergic to cats or don't like them, this is not your place. 200x140 cm bed. We share the bathroom. You can use the whole house, living room, kitchen, terrace, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher. Very bright house, in the photos the living room looks bigger than in reality. 20 minutes from downtown by bus and metro, 35 minutes walk - Retiro Park 5 minutes walk.

Quiet and coquette spot in Madrid

This is a terraced house with two floors. At the ground floor there is a small garden, sitting and dining room, a small toilette and the kitchen. At the first floor you will find two rooms and the bathroom. This is a quiet area without noises neither traffic where you can have a nice rest. I see myself as an open minded person and I like to interact with any kind of human being, I don't care about people backgrounds, as long as they are respectful and good people.
