We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was super clean, lovingly furnished and we felt very comfortable from the first minute. The bed was actually more comfortable than our own home – we slept wonderfully. :) The garden was a real highlight, especially for our little son. He was allowed to play with the many toys and had a lot of fun. The chickens and cats have captured his heart. We highly recommend the place and will be happy to come back! Thank you for this wonderful time.

Very nice apartment in the middle of Istria! Ideal for reaching Rovinj, Pula or Opatija in a short time. Beautiful quiet location, perfectly equipped. Emanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and even showed us their wine cellar - including tasting. Lovingly restored stone house with well-kept garden and parking right by the house. Highly recommended!

Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. We loved every minute here! The photos do not do it justice – – it’s far more beautiful in person. The views over trees and the water are spell – binding. We would sit and watch as the sky and the water as the light changed. It was very easy to hike up on the Napoleonic way or down to the seaside. The kitchen was great and it was fun to cook with fresh Italian ingredients. I enjoyed a few swims even in cooler weather. But it was particularly a good place for us to hole up and reboot, take a break and get work done. We hope to make this an annual retreat. Petra and Ivan were particularly helpful, and went out of their way to support our stay and even extend it. We are very grateful!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. The sauna alone is worth it. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was relaxing and peaceful. Aleš is the nicest guy and he even took the time to show us around the property and his bees! Recommend this place to anyone traveling to Slovenia.

Giorgia's apartment is a quiet, cozy place with character. It is well located for exploring the sights of both Gorizia and Nova Gorica. We arrived at the Slovenian train station in Nova Gorica, which is actually closer to the apartment than the Italian station. From the living room, you can look out onto a shady, idyllic square in front of the Church of San Giovanni. Small grocery stores, bars, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. I definitely recommend this apartment. Additionally, Giorgia’s parents were very helpful and accommodating.

The apartment was so well located, and Eva was a great host. She was very friendly, left lots of recommendations we really enjoyed (particularly the restaurant Gostilna Vida), and was very accommodating when we needed to leave our suitcases a bit longer after checkin. I am a bit of a clean freak and this place was the cleanest AirBnB I have ever stayed in - it meant I felt right at home straight away, and I was very grateful. Recommend this place highly!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Erika's beautiful apartment. It is situated in a very walkable location, close to everything you could possibly need. The apartment itself is wonderfully appointed and is a lovely retreat to return too, at the end of each day. If we ever return to Lake Bled we would definitely love to stay again. Fantastic location, to walk to museum, lace school, information centre, Bee house, restaurants, cafes, groceries. House itself is quaint, Maruska lovely to communicate with. We recommend her place to stay when visiting Idrija 😃

Fantastic place to stay, right near the heart of Ljubljana. The host was extremely communicative, with very detailed instructions prior to arrival and during our stay, making everything very easy and manageable. The space was exactly as described - perfectly spacious enough for us and our two young children, incredibly neat and tidy and all really well laid out, with all the amenities we could need. We could easily walk to the city centre in 10 mins. We had a very peaceful night’s sleep and would happily return. Thank you so much for a brilliant stay!

Maja is a lovely host, very warm and welcoming! I arrived by bus from Zagreb and she picked me up from the bus stop in Brseč. The village Brseč is very lovely. The studio is cute and feels a bit like a cave, but a very clean and well equipped cave :) I have cooked my own meals and it's great that in Brseč there is also a little supermarket. The view from the terrace is indeed spectacular and it's so nice to spend time there, hearing and seeing the birds, looking at the insects and all the different plants, the beautiful skies and off course the forever blue Adriatic Sea. I look forward to staying here again!

We stayed with two small children and had a very pleasant experience. The accommodation is very comfortable and located in a lovely small village with its own shop. Surrounded by beautiful nature. Sašo and Darja are very kind and helpful hosts. We'd be happy to come back. 😊

I spent almost a month in this flat and had a great time. It’s very spacious to begin with, I’ve got everything I need for a long stay. Alessandro is very responsive, helpful and kind. The location is a bit of walk to the center but I take it as daily exercises. Will come back next time!

We had an amazing stay at Apartment Chilly, the apartment is a 10 minute walk to Lake Bled. The hot tub was so lovely, sadly didn't have time to use the sauna. The apartment was comfortable and perfect for what we wanted, just wish we had stayed longer! Miha was extremely helpful and responsive. Hopefully we'll be back one day.

Barbara is an extremely professional host. Her apartment was superbly equipped and really clean. We found everything we needed, from kitchen gadgets to sewing needles and umbrellas. There is even a small safe! The view from the balcony is very nice and there are some good walks and hikes in the area. As others have written the place is a bit hard to reach (up a steep mountain) and its best to bring all the food you will need!

This place exceeded all our expectations. It was absolutely spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—we slept so well every night. The outdoor area and garden were peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful views, making it the perfect place to relax. The location is ideal: just 10 minutes from Lake Bled, 20 minutes from Lake Bohinj, and 25 minutes from Triglav National Park. It’s a great base for exploring the natural beauty of the region. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Marija. She was warm, welcoming, and made us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond—offering tips, personalized itineraries, and tons of local insight. Her kindness and hospitality made our trip so much better than we ever imagined. Highly, highly recommend this gem—we can’t wait to come back!

Chiara provided a map that really helped us get oriented. It was an easy walk to the train station. Many wonderful dining options within a few blocks. An amazing harbor front. Try the rooftop bar at Marina San Giusto (next door to Eataly), the view is fantastic. Chiara made us feel right at home in her cozy condo in beautiful Trieste. Excellent hostess.
