Cottage holiday rentals in Vipava Valley

The place is truly beautiful and amazing, especially the terrace. It’s perfect for a BBQ. The place also has literally everything you need and is very clean. The view is stunning! The sauna and jacuzzi helped us relax after a long day. And when we first arrived, there were strawberries and wine waiting for us. Thank you so much for this awesome experience :)

It was such a beautiful setting to be among the vineyards and my son loved visiting the farms birds and jumping on the trampoline. The accommodations were beautiful and the hosts were so lovely very welcoming and gave excellent recommendations about the local sites. We had their wine and their farm fresh breakfast we highly recommend it ! We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again one day.

Everything worked out super well. Unfortunately, we only imagined the garden a little (much) bigger, or the fenced garden is actually just the house entrance, so everything is paved there. That doesn't fit so well with dog... so unfortunately not as described, but otherwise everything worked out.

A wonderful, quirky spot! We loved staying here, the cottage is so different from anything else we’ve seen, Janez is a man with some serious architectural talent! Nina was super friendly, and genuine, and had great recommendations for things to do in the area. It was just a perfect stay!

One of my favorite Airbnbs ever, I would definitely stay at Goran's place again. We felt right at home, everything was available, the views are spectacular, and Goran was a superhost!

Predrag and Barabara were perfect hosts! They met us outside the property when we arrived, helped us with out bags, and showed us everything about the place! We can't say enough about helpful they were with providing us with itineraries to follow each day to see everything we wanted to see. The house was so cute and perfect for our family of 5 people with 4 separate bahs. The hosts provided us with some milk,juice. wine and bread and even brought us some hand picked cherries from their yard which were delicious. The view was absolutely incredible and we enjoyed having our breakfast on the patio area. The only concern we ever had was with the drive up to the property because we had a large van and the roads were very narrow. The locals were very good about pulling over for us when they saw us coming though. Highly recommend this property!

The stay at Morena was a wonderful time for us. We enjoyed the large garden, the beautiful swimming pool, the peace (!) and especially the butterflies every day. The central location in Istria is perfect for excursions by car, and all sights can be reached within an hour. A wide range of restaurants, from simple to high-end. The cottage itself is complete in terms of equipment and very practical in layout.

We loved our stay in this peaceful cabin in the countryside. Petra was very communicative and friendly. She left great recommendations and even a discount voucher for the local spa, which we took advantage of for some amazing massages. The place is quite cozy and there are some very steep stairs to get to the bedrooms to be aware of. All in all a great stay!

If you’re looking at this accommodation and thinking about booking for slovenia, do it!! Its not JUST about how wonder the host was, how absolutely perfectly the cabin is set up, cosy and warm, clean and tidy, spacious and comfortable and everything carefully thought out with a constant feeling of tranquillity that cant be matched.. It is the energy and feeling in the valley that did it for us. Every day we looked outside we felt like we were in a mystical dream, the stunning alps, the silence of the space and the views is unmatched to anything we’ve ever experienced (and were from new zealand!) I cannot put into words how special this cabin and this location is, we didnt want to leave and would one thousand percent come back. Devine, stunning, incomparable 👌👌

An absolutely cozy little dream cottage, with beautiful views, tranquility and everything you need. The highlight is the wood-burning stove, the view from the bed and the garden. Instant relaxation! The cats are sometimes a bit demanding and active, but if you have moved in with them, you don't want to miss them anymore 😍

Thanks once more to the owners of this amazing place. It was relaxing and felt really like a time travel. The house is well maintained and offers a cozy atmosphere rounded up by the cute and sweet cats. Additionally there are some chicken. The nature is calming and it offers a comfortable getaway from modern stressful life. We are sure that we will be back.

Great place. Family friendly. Has child eating seat, child bath and child fences for the stairs. Nice location, there is rock climbing routes near the house with a scenic view from the top.

The stay with Peter was fantastic! We stayed in one of the four cottages that are on the property. Everything was present and the cottage was equipped with all the comforts. Beautiful cottage with veranda and very clean. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the area next to the river Sava is quiet and green. Within fifteen minutes by car, you can reach the city center of Ljubljana. Peter welcomed us very pleasantly and provided us with useful and fun tips! Definitely recommended for a stay in the Ljubljana area!

OMG! What an amazing stay! We were looking for a home that was isolated but also close to everything and by golly we found it! The peace and tranquility of the cottage was amazing but the hospitality of Marko and Nina were spectacular! We can’t recommend this place enough. If you can, book it! You will not be disappointed.

Alenka’s house has been a home away from home for us, a lovely and beautiful shelter for relaxation and rejuvenation, a welcoming place to return to after exploring this amazing region of Slovenia. Everything about the house is aesthetically pleasing and carefully designed for the comfort and convenience of the inhabitants; it is apparent how much care went into the creation of this home. There are so many thoughtful amenities: each bed has a reading light, as well as a switch that controls the overhead light. Crisp bed linens and towels. Excellent kitchen appliances, cookware and dishware. Downstairs and upstairs bathrooms. Comfortable and beautiful modern furniture and decor elements. The natural wood sets the tone for a warm feeling everywhere you look. Dedicated parking for guests. Alenka’s communication before and during our stay was timely and always helpful. Thank you Alenka, for this wonderful experience.
