Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Vinton County

This place was amazing. The only issue that we had was the wifi wasn't working due to some of the outlets in the room not working. I was told maintenance was going to come out but nobody ever showed up. But other than that this is a beautiful and amazing place will definitely book again.

If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway then this is the place! The cottage itself was so welcoming and cozy. But being surrounded by nature made it even better. It’s exactly what we needed! We made so many memories in such a short amount of time! The hot tub was amazing to relax in! The beds were super comfortable for us! Everything was just perfect! When we come back down I definitely want to come back here! 😊

Beautiful property. Lovely farmhouse nestled into peaceful rolling fields. We loved just sitting by the campfire overlooking the pond. Very secluded. From the back yard you can't see any neighbors. very peaceful. easy ride to beautiful Hocking Hill State Park. The hosts were very responsive to any questions/concerns. we had a wonderful family vacation.

We stayed at the Hilltop Hideaway for a few days while we hiked some of Hocking Hills trails. The property was so quiet and peaceful. The home was clean and welcoming. Within the property there were tons of amenities available to entertain us. This was the perfect spot to relax between hikes.

This was our third time there. Sharon and Charlie are great hosts! They answer quickly and are very helpful with local recommendations. They keep the firefly spotless as well! We will return again and again!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, and would stay again. The hot tub had a great view of the so-called "Strawberry Moon". All the appliances and amenities in the unit were top-notch. Everything was sparkly clean. The hot tub is tucked behind the unit and is relatively private. There's another unit to the west that appears to be a rental on the same property. No one was there during our stay, but even if they had been, the trees afford a sense of privacy. Also on the property, to the south, is a small wedding venue. This was fully in view of the hot tub, but again, wasn't occupied during our stay. The neighbors across the street were working on some project cars when we arrived. They were friendly, as were their four dogs and cats! The animals are all well-behaved, and know not enter your unit, but definitely expect a warm welcome in the morning from them.

This was everything we were looking for. We took 5 Girl Scout families to Hocking Hills for the weekend, and this property had everything we needed. Families who wanted to camp could, and one’s who needed to be indoors had plenty of rooms and space. We cooked on the campfire and in the kitchen, enjoyed the indoor spaces and outdoor spaces, had plenty of bathrooms and privacy and places to be together. They spent time in the hot tub and in the creek. From the home it was 45 minutes to Smoke Rise Ranch, pretty close to Lake Hope, and just a few minutes to Old Man’s Cave at Hocking Hills State park. It was truly perfect for our trip.

The place is truly magical! Brian was very accommodating and the location was great. Great restaurant near called kindred spirits, but you must have a reservation. Felt very at peace and like a slice of heaven would recommend anyone to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The pictures online don’t do this place justice, it was gorgeous inside and out. It was kid friendly/ private and had everything we needed. Brian was great; let us get inside a few minutes early when we arrived. We will definitely be back!

This property is exactly what we were looking for…secluded, private & breathtakingly beautiful. We spent our 4 days relaxing outside….we used the amazing pool, hot tub & cold plunge daily. We explored the wooded trails they have marked out. At night we built a fire & made s’mores. Prior to arriving I purchased add ons & Keith or Raya responded to all my questions quickly. They set up a couples massage & an in cabin chef…both were AMAZING. When we arrived, check in was easy peasy & Todd was delightful to chat with. Once settled in, anytime we needed anything we just sent a text to the office & had a reply ASAP. But the most important thing to me is that is was SUPER CLEAN. I am OCD about the places we stay & even though we have stayed at many “luxury” hotels & resorts…I have never been so impressed with the cleanliness as I was with The Observatory. It was by far better than expected, so peaceful & we felt right at home. We love it so much it will now be our yearly anniversary getaway❤️

The house we everything we needed and even had things we didn’t know we needed. Who would think a covered fire pit was necessary? But we were able to hang outside during the downpour next to the fire! The location is perfect and only 5 minutes from Ash cave. Also, the winery Le Petit Chev was only 15 minutes south and such a perfect after hike spot to relax and our kids had a blast running around the vineyard. The house was clean and the hosts really went above and beyond to accommodate guests with clear instructions, kitchen essentials, etc

We really enjoyed our stay at Patrick’s place. Cabin is very private and close to many of the beautiful trails in hocking hills. Host communicated well and house was well equipped with kitchen necessities and games to keep everyone entertained. We would definitely stay again

My family and I enjoyed our recent visit to A Boulder Getaway. With close proximity to Hocking Hills, Cantwell Cliffs, and Conkle Hollow, ABG was the perfect location for our hiking adventures! Tucked on over 2 wooded acres, A Boluder Getaway offered peaceful mornings and quiet,comfortable nights. Erin was a superb host, with quick and friendly responses before, during,and after our stay. We look forward to relaxing by the firepit,swinging on the swing, and enjoying the hot tub on our next visit! With a great location and tranquil surroundings, we look forward to our return to A Boulder Getaway :)

We were so excited, Jody texted us early in the morning to let us know The place was ready for us to check in, even though we weren’t really supposed to check in until 4 o’clock. We loved the cabin! We were slightly disappointed, as the deck and the tables and chairs on the deck had not been cleaned off, it kind of looked like it still had dead leaves from the winter. But it was too chilly to eat outside anyway so no harm done! Inside, the cabin was clean and beautiful, and the hot tub was divine! All in all, we had a lovely weekend!

It was a nice stay, secluded with plenty room to roam. We were close to all parks with plenty of things to do close by.

We had a great stay. The cabin is clean, comfortable, and well-located for Hocking Hills hiking. The on-site observatory is the main draw—the dark skies make for fantastic stargazing with the powerful telescope, and the motorized roof is easy to use. It’s a truly unique activity. The cabin is well-equipped with a great kitchen , cozy gas fireplace, hot tub, and a fun digital game table. The location feels remote but is a convenient 15-20 min drive to the main parks. Host communication was excellent via their detailed digital guidebook. Highly recommended, especially for anyone interested in astronomy.
