We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserer Schäfermix Hündin hier für zwölf Tage. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und verlief unkompliziert. Nada war jederzeit erreichbar und hat bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen. Im Apartment hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig und man hat nicht weit in die Stadt. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und super Restaurants in der Nähe. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Prekrasan, prostran apartman, jako dobro opremljen kvalitetnim aparatima, kuhinja posebno. Apartman je uživo izgledao bolje nego na slikama. Blizina trgovina, ljekarne što svakako dobro dođe ako ljetuješ s djecom. Komunikacija s vlasnicom apartmana je bila odlična, u najkraćem mogućem roku je odgovarala na poruke. Ako ste u potrazi za ugodnim i komfornim smještajem dok istražujete unutrašnjost ovog dijela Istre, kao i njenu prekrsnu obalu toplo preporučam ovaj apartman.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Labin. La vue depuis l’appartement est très belle. L’endroit est clame et l’appartement grand et propre. Le lit est très confortable. Le centre ville n’est pas à côté par contre, nous y avons été en voiture car je suis enceinte et il y avait un peu de marche avec du relief.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Insgesamt waren wir 5 Personen mit 2 Babys und das Haus war ausreichend groß. Alles war wie beschrieben und entsprach den Bildern. Auch der Außenbereich war großzügig und der Pool sehr schön. Leider konnten wir diesen kaum nutzen, weil er nicht beheizt war, wir waren jedoch auch Ende April dort, wodurch er wahrscheinlich noch nicht warm genug war. Das Haus befindet sich etwas außerhalb größerer Städte, weshalb ein Auto auf jeden Fall notwendig ist. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf unsere Fragen wurde stets schnell reagiert. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

We had an awesome time at this modern yet simple home. The relatively central location allowed us to do food shopping or dining with a five minute drive. Given the unseasonably hot weather, we enjoyed being outside most, using the pool/shower and large patio with kitchen. The outside kitchen is fantastic as it is large, covered and equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and BBQ grill (propane) that allowed us to sit and enjoy the awesome views of downtown Labin all day and night (there is also a patio walkway that wraps around the home with a side entrance to the laundry room opposite the pool area that made it convenient to do laundry after enjoying the pool). Our host Dalan made the stay even better (many thanks to his mom for the awesome fruit jam). After learning more about Dalan and his global travels, we understood where the finishes in the home came from. Communication with Dalan was easy (multilingual). Truly a home away from home and would definitely stay again!
