Wonderful place to stay, comfortable beds, beautiful furnishings. Quiet and safe location.

I was in town to work with someone who lives five minutes away. Using Trax and Frontrunner to get to down the Valley and being able to walk over to my colleague's house or use a borrowed car saved me the cost of a rental car. I did not really use the kitchen but it was still nice to have more than one room. Belinda is a pro and communicated the important information in a timely fashion.

Lovely place! A lot of things within walking distance but it was just as easy to hang out there all day. The water heater is pretty slow in the winter, but the furnace by contrast is pretty fast, so if/when you need to crack the window open for air you won't freeze in the process. A curtain over the bathroom doorway would have been great, but as long as you're comfortable with whom you're staying it shouldn't be a big deal. And that overhead shower was fantastic. Also there was a little desk in front of the couch that's not in the photos, that was nice to have.

This Air BNB was perfect for us! We have two 5 month old boys and a 3 year old daughter and needed a weekend getaway near home. We could not have picked a better place! Everything in the air BNB was clean and luxurious. It is easy to tell when a place is trying to look fancy but is put together with cheap materials. This place was the complete opposite of that. Everything in there was carefully chosen and quality. It was nicer than any other air BNB or hotel we have stayed at. It also has a hot tub that is really nice that the owners prepare for you once you let them know when you would like to use it. The air BNB is located in a beautiful out of the way and quiet neighborhood surrounded by gorgeous mountains. Nearby there are many restaurants. If I could give this air BNB more stars I would! This is the perfect place for a parents getaway who would just like to relax somewhere nice.

Bernie and LaVella are great hosts! They're responsive, cheery, and friendly people. The loft is extra private, on the back side of the house on the higher side / perimeter of Pleasant Grove. It's quiet and you can see the lay of Utah County quit well from the balcony. I absolutely loved it. It's grandma's-house clean and has all the kitchen basics. 10/10

This was perfect for my husband and children while my daughter experienced ballet intensive at BYU. Thank you for being safe and affordable while they were away from me!

This place was clean and very cute. the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The gardens were beautiful!

The apartment was beautifully staged and impeccably clean. The bedding and linens were so nice and the bed was super comfy. Easy to get in and out of and had a nice complex with a pool and dog park.

Kathy's basement apartment is the perfect spot for anyone in town for a few days on business or who wants to stay close to Provo or SLC. It has everything you need!

We did not get to enjoy Carole’s place for too long as we stayed one night on our way back home to Idaho. It was very nice and clean and the beds were comfortable, which was great after a long drive. We had coffee in the morning and we did not have time to make pancakes but noticed the pancake mix with syrup. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Jabin's place was super clean and comfortable. Very family friendly and loved the mini home gym.

Alicia's home was truly amazing! Very inviting. We had my husband's mom with us and she needs a cane. Even with the stairs she was able to get up and down with ease. The only thing that would have made it better would have been tvs in the bedrooms, but definitely not a big deal. The hot tub was amazing and the back yard was like an Oasis. Will definitely be back

This place is tucked quietly at the base of mountains, very beautiful and scenic. This place is perfect for a couple/small family who love the great outdoors, the amenities boast ski rentals if you visit in the winter. If traveling in the summer you can find plenty of mountain biking trails with rentals on almost every corner. There are unique restaurants within walking distance.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful home in Sandy, Utah! It was the perfect spot for our 6-person bachelorette party. The house was clean, spacious, and had every amenity we needed to feel right at home. The pool was definitely a highlight—relaxing, private, and a great way to spend the sunny afternoons. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again! 💕🏡🌞

Absolutely an amazing place to stay. Our mother passed wAy and we had a few hours to find a place to stay from out of town. Corrine was accommodating to push our reservation through. The peacefulness, the comfortable living arrangements made the hard to go through process so much easier.

Had a great stay at Denny’s place! Convenient location with a spectacular view of the mountains from the deck. Loved having the hot tub after some long days on the trails and it was really nice having comfortable sleep number beds. Would definitely stay again.
