The apartment is extremely recommended. It's very well located, there are many amenities nearby and you can do everything by walking. The apartment is the same as the photos and is beautifully decorated and equipped. When I return to Viña del Mar, I will surely stay in her apartment. Communication with Sebastián has been fast and clear. Everything was perfect!!

The photos do not do justice to the wonderful view towards the beach, very clean, with everything you need, just a few minutes from the vergara dock, ideal to watch the sunset. Carola is always attentive to any questions I had. I would definitely go again.

Excellent place, very clean, tidy, with all the necessary amenities and services, not to mention the unparalleled beautiful view. Host Soledad, very friendly, responds quickly and gives great industry recommendations. In addition, we went with our one year old baby and Soledad arranged the crib next to the bed (you can see that it is a new crib, excellent quality, with impeccable and quality bedding as well), even in the same crib he left a gift for him. I would really recommend this place a thousand times and we will definitely come back.

An excellent experience at Maximo's house, from the contact for the rental to the departure, very good communication, a very well-kept house, where you can see the love and dedication for taking care of and maintaining furniture and decoration for many years. The house is very cozy, with an unparalleled location, beautiful views of the beach, a gazebo with plenty of space to share comfortably. Jorge, who received us, is a loving person, very willing and attentive to any request. We definitely want to go back.

Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

Beautiful views in a very good location to explore both Valparaiso, Viña Del Mar and the casaBlanca valley vineyards. César was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our needs. I would recommend staying here.

My partner and I had a more than pleasant stay in Pamela's spacious and cozy house. In the morning you can enjoy a rich breakfast on the terrace with a 5-star view. At the same time, the communication with her was a 7. We hope to return heh.

The experience in general is great, starting with Rocío, who is always attentive to any movement, from the day the reservation begins. With my girlfriend we went on a rainy and cold day, and Rocío waited for us with the house heated and a bed warmer to reduce the cold. The house is amazing! Comfortable, clean and in a very quiet environment. In the morning, while on the terrace, you can hear and see a great diversity of birds. The beach is a couple of minutes away by car and Rocío also gave us a tourist guide with places to visit and was very helpful. Laguna Verde is a place of total disconnection and with Rocío everything was very pleasant! I would definitely come back.

I loved the accommodation, the host's service was great, the place was beautiful, the view from the balcony was very nice. Everything was tidy and clean, access was very easy, private parking, residential neighborhood, a great cafeteria nearby, the supermarket a few blocks away and the dunes too. We were able to use the heated pool in the facilities. We were two couples and we had a great time. Perhaps the only aspect to improve is that it would be good to have a couple more cooking utensils, bowls/salad bowls, and perhaps salt and sugar, but the truth is that despite that, it was a great stay and an extremely comfortable place to rest and disconnect. The beds were very comfortable, and although I missed watching TV lying down, the truth is that it helped me to rest completely haha Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!!

This is the 4th time we have stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.
