La mezzanine dispose d’un espace nuit et d’un espace bureau équipé d’un écran d’ordinateur pour éventuellement télétravailler confortablement (prise HDMI). Il n’est pas autorisé de dormir sur le canapé. Metro 5 Laumière à 2 min. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.

Situé dans le 10ème arrondissement de Paris : Appartement de charme typiquement parisien refait à neuf et tout équipé. Métros 7,5,2,7bis à deux pas, gare du Nord et gare de l’Est à 10 minutes à pieds. Stade de France à seulement une station de gare du Nord : 30 minutes porte à porte depuis l'appartement. Commerces, restaurants, cinéma à proximité. Idéal pour 2 personnes avec un bébé ! Logement donnant sur grande cour intérieure : lumineux et très calme.

Perfect apartment for a short stay in Paris. It is bright, practical, colorful and flowery :) A cat lives there, very quiet and sweet. Important: there is a litter box. And he needs kibble and affection. Well located in the artistic heart of northern Paris, 10 minutes from Parc de la Villette and Parc des Buttes Chaumont. The living room is equipped with a video projector. The building is secure. A bike can be rented, for nice rides in town.

Beautiful view, bright, perfect location!

My apartment is located 200m from Buttes Chaumont and a few steps from Belleville. This location is ideal since it offers access to calm, greenery and Parisian entertainment at the same time. Many nearby metro lines allow you to easily move around Paris and it is also very easy to get around on foot. The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and offers a superb view of the entire southwest of Paris.

Very quiet and fully equipped studio! A stone's throw from the Canal de l'Ourcq and a 5-minute walk to the Canal St Martin. Ideal for a Parisian weekend getaway or a base for a business trip.
