What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

The stay was great. The accommodation was very private & beautiful. Jessica was also very easy to reach & extremely helpful. Everything was there, from dishes to pots to bed linen & washing machine. Even washing powder, if you don't have allergies, you could have used it. A small booklet in the living area also had a few tips on activities & explanations about the house. Unfortunately, only in French, but quickly translated with modern technology. Simply take a photo and have it translated from your mobile phone. The park is not very far, with views over Paris & neighborhood is quite quiet. If you want to go to Paris, for example, to the Eiffel Tower, it takes almost an hour by bus & train. But the connection is good & cheap. For Germans, the loud heating when showering was rather unusual, because of the thin walls. But it didn't bother us. We felt very comfortable and are very satisfied.

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Erwan is an amazing host! The location is perfect and very close by the Stade France (walking distance). We made a mistake with the key, and Erwan was really helpful and calm to help us fix the problem. You can trust him a lot! I really recommend you stay here, feel at home instantly with lots of help and support!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

what a beautiful airbnb, would absolutely stay here again! great location as it’s walkable to montmarte, train station, notre dame, etc. we loved having espresso on the balcony every morning and the shower was so nice! spotlessly clean too

A clear recommendation! The apartment is a dream, you immediately feel comfortable and welcome! Very nicely furnished and everything very clean. A metro station (line 4) is a 3-minute walk away, so you can get anywhere. Supermarkets, bakeries and small shops are very close. Around the corner you can see the towers of the Basilica Sacré Coeur ❤️

Very nice, clean apartment in a nice neighborhood close to transit lines and the Eiffel Tower. Augustin and Allan were communicative, friendly, and helpful. The Wifi had an outage and did not work for most of our stay, unfortunately, but Augustin / Allan were very proactive in trying to help and find a solution. Would recommend this stay!

Communication ahead of our stay was clear and helpful, check-in was also easy and right on time. The apartment is clean, it had everything we needed and it’s in a great area. The hosts were also accommodating and kind.

A view of the countryside on one side, a sensational view of Paris from the terrace and in between a cozy little apartment. We felt very comfortable and, thanks to Montmartre with its numerous stairs, we came back fitter.

The apartment was clean, modern, and completely adorable. The pictures are true to life. The kitchen is well stocked and useable, the bed is comfortable. There is no aircon but the building walls kept the worst of the summer heat out. Heejin and Sigrid were amazing hosts. They were very helpful with our different check in time and even found us a safe place downstairs to store our pram to avoid carrying it upstairs to the apartment every time. A note regarding the location: it was useful and convenient to be near several metro stations, supermarkets, and the Gare du Nord. The area was quite noisy until very late at night (2-3pm even during the weekdays). This did affect our sleep since we needed to keep the windows open for air in the summer heat. If you are not needing the windows open, or not so sensitive to noise, then it wouldn’t affect you.

i Sandra's apartment is almost a miracle, for the perfect organization on a fairly limited space ( remember that we are still in Paris ). The main strengths are: the excellent cleanliness, the comfort of the bed and the availability and responsiveness of Sandra (magnificent ). And everything matches the description. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Paris for a few days.

Highly recommend staying at Catherine’s place! She is a friendly and lovely hostess and her place is charming and feels so authentically Parisian. Catherine’s communication was excellent, and she met up with us when we arrived to show us around. The apartment is furnished beautifully and had everything we needed. The bed is comfortable and the view is amazing. The neighborhood is vibrant and Catherine provided excellent recommendations.

Present at check-in and check-out, they listened and did everything to make our stay great. We discovered Montreuil, a young and very nice city, lively but with quiet and safe streets. The house: beautiful decor, well-distributed rooms, very functional, the living room and the manager room can accommodate 8 guests, the sofas, the armchairs are comfortable. Everything is clean, clear, bright. The kitchen open to the manager room is equipped with recent and high-end appliances (bosch, samsung...), spacious bathrooms and the two bedrooms on the garden are bright and the bedding super comfortable, with recent mattresses (king and queen size), some farms and very firm, other fluffy. We didn't try the sofa bed, but we're sitting well, so... Note: two of the four bedrooms overlook the street, where a bus line passes (convenient to go to Vincennes), so if you are insoniaque or have very light sleep, choose the two bedrooms on the garden. The garden was in bloom when we stayed. Several tables, sun loungers and sunbeds allow you to isolate yourself for books. We were lucky enough to see it sunk all day. It's a haven of peace and greenery, appreciated by birds, butterflies...and humans, young and old;-) In short: you can go there without a second thought, you will be, like us, in love.

We really enjoyed Audrey's warm welcome. The house is large, very clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The living room, kitchen and exteriors are impeccable. We had a great evening, with a barbecue and jacuzzi on the agenda. Many thanks to Audrey!

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

Very good accommodation, very nicely decorated with the canvas of Jouy (wallpaper, cushion, etc.) very well equipped. Very nice welcome by the manager. We had a great time with the family. I recommend it.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

I would not hesitate to book this Airbnb. Great location near Ternes metro. Short walk to a grocery store and fresh fruits and vegetables. The apartment looked as nice in person as in the photos. Martin was very easy to communicate with. Wish we could have stayed longer.
