Spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment. Very good welcome from Carlos and Isabelle and excellent responsiveness to respond to requests for additional information.

Great host. Always there if i had a question. The room was nice, very clean, bed was not too soft and not too hard so very comfortable and so were the pillows. He has a parking spot if needed. It’s a little outside of town but transportation is easily assessable and uber/bolt works well and inexpensive. He provided everything we needed and advice on what to do and where to eat.

We spent a few wonderful days in this apartment and can only highly recommend it! The accommodation was very clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need - from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy bed. The host was very friendly, helpful and available at all times. Overall, a completely successful break - we will be happy to come back!

Benjamin is a considerate host and attentive to his visitors. The accommodation is a real little cocoon, decorated with care and quality materials: you feel very good there right away! The jacuzzi, sauna, terrace and good bedding are perfect for a nice evening :-)

I spent two days at this Airbnb and everything went really well. The place was clean, quiet and very nice. The host was welcoming and available, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It was a really nice break, I recommend it without hesitation!

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

Excellent stay… perfect apartment for a one-night getaway or a longer stay. Extremely comfortable, clean, well furnished, nice decoration, well equipped, very well located... I highly recommend this listing ! Bonus for the super jacuzzi / sauna ….. top 👌

Very practical, pleasant and comfortable accommodation, the balneo bathtub is really a plus, we had a very pleasant stay.

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

We had a wonderful stay at Xavier’s place. It is located in the nicest area and all the locals around were so friendly. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking outside, you are almost immediately able to see Notre Dame which is a short 5 minute walk. As far as the home goes, it was ver comfortable and the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Thank you, Xavier for the wonderful stay!

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
