Michel's Gite is lovely. Well maintained and has everything you need. The pool, jacuzzi and games area are great and we used them a lot. Eymet is a sweet village with a fun night market on a Tuesday but otherwise it is very quiet. There are 2 other gites which share the pool but we hardly crossed paths. The playground and garden were also really great, along with their lovely dog who would come to say hi. overall a really good stay, the only downside was the 4th bedroom actually being a sleeping space accessed through the 3rd bedroom so there is a lack of privacy. The listing does mention this but it was inconvenient for our group set up. Also right next to the gite's land is a very big industrial silo which does, for me, spoil the view. Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed all the outside space and pool.

Very nice house in the city center, very well-equipped, nothing missing, close to all amenities, private parking, quiet, good location, comfortable and spacious rooms, you can read, draw or paint everything is there... thank you Mickael for hosting us, everything was perfect.

Very good stay, the garden is beautiful and peaceful, the village is very cute 20 minutes from the Dordogne Valley. Jean Marie and Nicole are charming and hosted us very well.

Very nice place, beautiful garden, quiet and relaxing, close to the forest for beautiful walks. Franck is very considerate with small touches especially at the time of check-in, fruit juice, coffee pods, tea… we will gladly return if we come back to this region.

A great stay! Everything about it was perfect, exactly as in the listing, with no surprises. The place is clean, well maintained, and ideal for a family. The kids loved the pool, the park and the quiet environment with the lake right next door. Big plus: the plancha for grilling, at the top for outdoor meals. Perfect two night stay. A nice house renovated with taste where everything you need was present. We recommend this very clean and very well located accommodation in old Nérac where we were able to do everything on foot. Guillaume is very nice and responsive. The patio is charming for relaxing after walks. Perfect!

Small house ideal for spending a weekend relaxing and contemplating the horizon. The house is very nice and functional. We enjoyed the discretion and hospitality of Jean Raymond and Jean Luc. We'll be back to see this pretty countryside for sure.

Comfortable and convenient accommodation, close to the horse pole in a quiet residence. Hygiene is nevertheless to be reviewed, the presence of dirt and hair and there was a strong stale smell.

No complaints, the accommodation is ultra clean, well equipped, the host is super nice and pleasant. The apartment is very well located.

Hands down the best AirBnB host we have ever stayed with. Nahid and Nasser are welcoming and generous beyond belief. From the lovely welcome basket of croissants, homemade jam, and wine when we arrived to popping in with freshly baked cake or delicious fruits from her stunning garden. The flat is spacious and well put together. Nahid has provided everything you need including towels and a very well equipped kitchen. Everything is excellent quality: piles of thick towels, nice linen, a stocked kitchen cupboard. The absolute gem for us though was the pool. Perfect for cooling off in the summer heat, we were in almost every day; twice a day on some days. The kids not only improved their swimming and confidence in the water (a super bonus) but had so much fun with the many inflatables Nahid had supplied. Nahid and Nasser's generosity of spirit and home from home feel sets them head and shoulders above other AirBnBs we have stayed in.
