Germana's place is great to visit Kortrijk : close to the center, we felt like at home. Germana is responsive and lives on the spot, which makes it easy to communicate. At the same time, the place where we staid upstairs (a bedroom with a little sofa, a table and a private separate bathroom) allowed us to have some privacy. The breakfast we shared with Germana and her husband was also a great way to start the day.

A huge thank you for spending the 6th year in your wonderful home! As always, the welcome is warm, attentive, and every detail is carefully thought out. Once again, we took full advantage of the spa and this long-awaited break of relaxation. Thank you for all the lovely touches that make our stay always special. We were delighted with our stay at this listing. The hosting was particularly warm and thoughtful. The two bedrooms, located side by side, were spacious, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The residence is very quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay. The owner was extremely kind and available throughout our stay. A delicious homemade breakfast was served to us in the morning, a real pleasure. We highly recommend this address and will be happy to come back.

Great host welcomed us warmly. Lovely place very clean and tidy. Gardens immaculate. Would come here again. He even drove us to the shop so we could get some food. Couldn’t ask for better hosts.

a beautiful room, tastefully decorated like the rest of the common areas. the atmosphere was peaceful, disconnection assured. very large bathroom and all the necessities to have a pleasant time. The quality of the service is at the rendezvous and Marie Odile is very welcoming. she takes care of her guests and puts bcp of energy into it. as promised breakfast is delicious, only homemade or local products. Excellent, super attentive, and super responsive in responding to the message, interested in the events we were doing in the area, I recommend it.

Room was fine, big enough for just sleeping. Bathroom and toilet are a bit dated, but are well functional and were clean. Possibility of dinner, well taken care of. Breakfast was abundant. Kurt was very hospitable, he brought me both festival days and picked me up again at night for a very small fee, where do you find such a great host? During dinner and breakfast and to and from the festival, we had many nice conversations.

This is a very cozy hotel, you can also feel the historic things, i loved the storytelling that Niels gave us. We stayed only one night, but everything went very well, it is really close to Gand, amazing city that impressed us for life. Thank you Niels and hope seeing you again;)

Beautiful guest room in a cozy farmhouse. Dear host. And a delicious breakfast. Very nice bed. The surroundings definitely seem beautiful to me too. But for me, it was only an overnight stay in transit. And get away from the highway.

We had a great night at Niels' place. The atmosphere of the hotel and room really plunged us into the 1900s. The bathroom was huge (special mention for the bathtub👍) Only small downside, I don't know if it's our room or if it's the same in all the rooms but we had a crow's nest at our room and at 6:30 in the morning they made a lot of noise. Otherwise, breakfast was very good with sweet and savory. I recommend Niels for his kindness and responsiveness ✨
