Large, sunny and quiet appartment

The apartment comprises the whole 1st floor of the house, 118 m2, with living room, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Access is independent, your car parked directly at the foot of the stairs. The large balcony is located in front of the living room. There's no elevator. You have free access to the pool. The living room and bedroom to the southwest, which includes a small office, are air-conditioned. Internet access is by fiber. I live on the ground floor myself, there are no other residents.
