Ons verblijf in Normandië was simpelweg geweldig. Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons welkom dankzij Sonia, een geweldige gastvrouw, die ons heel gastvrij ontving. De locatie is perfect: rustig en relaxed, ideaal om even helemaal tot rust te komen. Het strand ligt dichtbij, wat heerlijk is voor een wandeling of een ontspannen middag. Het huis zelf biedt veel ruimte en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De tv-kamer is perfect om ’s avonds gezellig samen te zitten, en de uitgebreide keuken nodigt uit om lekker zelf te koken. Ook de aanwezigheid van een wasmachine was erg handig tijdens ons verblijf. De jacuzzi was absoluut een hoogtepunt — wat een luxe om zo te ontspannen onder de sterrenhemel! Alles bij elkaar was dit verblijf echt geweldig. We hebben genoten van de sfeer, de rust en de gastvrijheid. Zeker een plek om terug te komen!

We had a wonderful family stay at the property. A beautiful peaceful setting. We loved the wood burning hot hub and the pizza oven. Gym was great, and games/family chill room was perfect for kids to have their own space seperate from the main living/dining area inside. Jack and Richard on hand and very responsive. Richard even popped over right away with fire lighters on night one when the previous guests had left an empty box which was very helpful.

Brian and Jeanette are the perfect hosts. If you want to be surrounded by nature and beautiful countryside this is a wonderful spot. The location is great, close to the coast and many interesting towns and villages. The local bar tabac is definitely worth a stop for a beer or coffee. There is plenty to explore but if you just want to relax then hanging out at Apple Tree Gites is a great option. We will be back.

Nous avons logé dans une jolie maison, avec jaccuzzi, les hôtes étaient accueillant et la maison propre. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce petit coin reposant. Merci encore pour votre accueil.

Top verblijf, schoon, goede uitrusting, comfortabel. Fijne buitenruimte en zwembad. Enige minpuntje is dat trap naar eerste en tweede verdieping niet geschikt is voor kleine kinderen en minder validen. Edouard gaf aan deze eerdaags te gaan vervangen.

Nicky was a very flexible and accommodating host. Nothing was too much trouble. She provided a lovely welcome pack to get you started after a long trip. During our stay was very helpful with local knowledge, even helping with my French 😊 Couldn’t have asked for a better break away for peace and quiet in a tranquil location with fantastic views. We will miss our lovely walks down the lane. Will definitely return. A perfect little gem. Thank you.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable qui a su contenter tous le monde, le calme pour les adultes, le trampoline pour les enfants et le grand terrain pour le chien. Nous avons été accueilli avec un panier garni qui nous a été bien utile, car les supermarchés été fermés en ce jour férié. le lieu est agréable et l’arrivée autonome bien utile. Hannah a toujours été réactive pour répondre à nos nombreuses questions.

Le weekend prolongé a été magique, les hôtes sont accueillants, sympathiques et à l'écoute. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner copieux, le cadre apaisant et les recommandations de trajet et sorties de Sophie inscrites un book très clair. Les informations sont utiles et nous font gagner un temps précieux. Le mari de Sophie est également aux petits soins et à pris en compte toutes nos demandes. Il veille quotidiennement au bon fonctionnement du spa. Nous avons loué le loft avec spa et ça restera un séjour mémorable. Foncez, vous ne le regretterez pas :)

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Jean-Michel. Huisje was fijn en schoon. We hadden bij vertrek autopech en mochten nog langer in het huisje verblijven en hij dacht met ons mee. Kortom een aanrader het verblijf in dit schattige huisje.

We had a great stay. The house is equipped with everything you need. Sandra and Paul have spent a lot of attention on all the details. We also got a complimentary bottle of wine, and all the other basics that you need such as coffee, cooking oil, butter and bread. We definitely recommend it!

Die Unterkunft war top um die Umgebung zu entdecken (mit dem Auto!) - Saint Malo, Le Mont Saint Michel, Saint Suliac und viele traumhafte kleine Städtchen gibt es zu entdecken. Die Unterkunft war sehr ruhig und durch den Garten mit Spielgeräten, Ziegen und Hühnern super für uns als Familie.

Die Ferienwohnung von Fabienne war absolut perfekt – sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Fabienne ist eine äußerst herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die jederzeit für Fragen oder Anliegen erreichbar war. Die Lage der Unterkunft war ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Un séjour merveilleux dans cet endroit si charmant et bucolique, pour un moment en famille dans cette baie magnifique. Il est devenu si rare de rencontrer une hôte comme Dominique, aussi généreuse et attentionnée. Ce serait dommage de ne pas profiter de tant bienveillance et de bonté. Alors, foncez !

This place exceeded our expectations in so many ways that there are likely an insufficient number of characters to capture it. Sandra’s home and the surrounding area were more than welcoming. Having the ability to see Mont St Michel from the property during different times of day and weather conditions was amazing. There are lush fields to gaze over. We were fortunate enough to experience a sheep parade, not once but twice as they traveled down the narrow town road to pasture. The restaurant, literally a stone’s throw away, had food that was unbelievably good (as was the cider) and we easily could have eaten there every day. We saw goats on the walking trail that looks to loop around a significant radius, all with a view of Mont St Michel. The home was quaint and comfortable. Sandra was a joy to work with. We literally couldn’t ask for anything more. As I said, there are insufficient characters and you probably have better things to do (such as booking this place) than read any mor

The house is beautifully redone and very comfortable. All you need and more is there. Odile is a warm, attentive and charming host. She is the perfect host. We keep coming back bc we love it there.

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour, la maison est confortable et joliment décorée. L'endroit est tres calme et propice au balade. Nous étions une famille de 5 plus un chien et c'était parfaitement adapté.

Un séjour parfait et paisible ! La maison est tellement acceuillante et parfaitement aménagée, on y resterait plus longtemps !!

Superb location to use as a base when visiting Normandy. Wonderful area to explore. Hosts are more than lovely!

A lovely old property beautifully renovated, decorated and furnished, super-comfortable bed and lots of drawers - so unusual these days! Particularly liked the double basin in the bathroom - and yet more drawers beneath. Location is quiet which is good but means you can’t easily walk to shops or restaurants. But for getting to Dinan, Dinard, St Malo and the granite coast by car it’s very well situated. We had a lovely time - thank you to Valerie and Alan

Un immense bravo et merci Isabelle et Tony ! Nous sommes venus en famille découvrir la région, visiter le Mont St Michel, ses alentours normands et découvrir la Bretagne toute proche. La maison d’Hortense est superbe, arrangée avec goût, très propre et avec une cuisine très bien équipée et une salle de bain impeccable. La pièce à vivre est ultra agréable et lumineuse, avec une vue campagnarde très apaisante avec au loin le Mont qu’on distingue par beau temps et les trois chambres au rdc sont très jolies avec une très bonne literie. La communication avec Isabelle a été tout de suite très chaleureuse, à la fois précise et simple, avec des recommandations précieuses pour rendre notre séjour ultra agréable. Foncez-y, vous ne serez pas déçus et vous passerez des vacances superbes et ressourçantes !

Ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen in der Normandie. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Gastgeber Francois und Valerie sind sehr herzlich und waren jederzeit bei Fragen parat. Die beiden haben viele Tipps parat, was man in der Umgebung unternehmen kann. Es gibt einen großen Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, den man für sich allein nutzen kann. Das Häuschen ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist aufgrund der Dachschrägen ein wenig beengt - daher weniger für große Menschen geeignet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Séjour de 4 jours très agréable. L'endroit est une ancienne ferme avec ses batiments attenants transformés en gite individuel. Le notre possède un très joli jardin où l'on peut admirer le coucher de soleil et la cathédrale de Coutances au loin. Paisible dans un ilot de verdure mais proche du centre ville (7min). Michel et son frère nous ont donné des conseils sur les choses à voir. Conforme à la description. Logement confortable et bien équipé.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay - first of all really friendly and responsive communication from Susan and Ian regarding arrival time, so thank you to them! The cottage is beautiful - both me and my partner agreed the photos don’t do it justice! Very reasonable price for such a lovely place, only downside is the hour long drive to D-Day beaches, but the stunning surroundings certainly make up for it! Would recommend to anyone and definitely come back! :)
