For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. If you dreamed of staying in a French farmhouse in the countryside while having all the modern conveniences look no further. There are not enough pictures to do the property justice complete with a lake, ducks, pastures, cows, local old church while being close to all the historic sites you go to Normandy to see. The host is superb. Met us at the door of the property even though she had worked all day as a nationally certified D Day guide. Everything in the house was new, clean, comfortable, and easy to use. The interior is amazing with wooden beams and tastefully decorated keeping with the French country aesthetic. Our stay was great and kept getting better every day as we noticed more and more amazing nuances that really enriched our visit. We could not have imagined a better visit, a better location, or a better host.

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Marie Aude’s place in Beauvoir was exactly what we were hoping for — peaceful, quiet, and just minutes from Mont Saint-Michel. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and full of charm. It’s the perfect spot to relax after visiting the area. Marie Aude was a fantastic host — responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly kind. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and her welcome made all the difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the region in comfort and calm. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time in the beautiful accommodation in Cherruieux. A great starting point for great excursions! We felt very comfortable in the house, it is very tastefully decorated, sparkling clean, well equipped and the sea view is unique! We will be happy to come back!

We spent our vacation here as a family of 5 with a dog. We were exceptionally warmly welcomed and also looked after during the stay. Veronique and her husband had an open ear for all questions and immediately supported us. The house is very clean and beautifully furnished with a lot of heart. No wish is left unfulfilled! The garden is huge and very well maintained and beautiful, both the children and the dog were overjoyed!! We will definitely come back and recommend the accommodation 100%!

Christiane’s place was absolutely beautiful. The view of Mont Saint Michel was stunning. The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we were looking for. She even had bikes that we were able to use! She is very responsive and was so gracious to accommodate our request for a late check out. I highly recommend Christiane’s house and I can’t wait to stay again next time we visit.

We were allowed to experience our honeymoon here and enjoyed it tremendously! Very nice (small) cottage right on the beach. Very private, yet close to everything within walking distance. The bed, kitchen and bathroom are clean, all a little cozy but super charming. Very nice views from inside too, for less sunny days. Thankful!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the garden and the very well decorated house. We were received by Corinne who informed us very well about the activities and visits to do in the region. We had a great week at the property. The accommodation is at the foot of the dunes, in a few steps we are on the beach. The accommodation is also a few meters from the center, with a bakery, grocery store, and a few restaurants. The place is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing!!

Super nice stay!! Duplex very well located and very functional, the room was superb and very quiet we highly recommend this listing!

Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from equipment for our one-year-old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the city center of Granville only ten minutes' walk away. Granville train station is easily accessible. Local shops are appreciable, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes, pharmacy and bakery are also nearby. We had a very pleasant stay in Granville. We had a very good stay at Virginie's, the beach 50m walk is a real asset and offers a very nice view. The apartment is very well-equipped.

Even though our family has short stay but we did enjoy Solene’s apartment. It’s beautiful and nice one. Especially the apartment has lovely balcony:)

We went as a family of four adults. Jocelyne’s place was as described and much more. She is responsive and clear with communication.The 180 degree views were the highlight of our stay. The whole flat is immaculate. It had everything to give you a relaxing home away from home. We explored the walks and beach nearby and we got great recommendations for food in Granville. Le mont St michel is about 40min drive and worth going to. I would highly recommend a stay.

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Gouville. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sun-drenched balcony. We watched the sunset both nights, either on the balcony or down at the beach. Easy drive to Mont St Michel as well. We were sad to leave!! NB towels and toiletries not provided - not a problem, but worth nothing for those travelling from overseas.

This is the second time we have booked this accommodation and we will definitely come back! An incredible little studio that gives the feeling of being suspended above the sea. An irreproachable calm, 12 minutes walk from the center of Granville with charming shops. The accommodation is extremely clean and well equipped for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay for two. Very pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with nice decor. Everything is connected, even the dishes. Nice and clean apartment. The French door with a sliding door to access the terrace without overlooking the wind shelter is a plus. Heloise is a very nice host and available to answer questions.

We had a great time in the studio. Very nice accommodation, super clean, quiet, great bedding, magnificent view, free parking. The explanations are very clear to access the accommodation. A big thank you to Régis for his kindness. Finally, everything is perfect.

Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. As a result, it is very quiet in the street and there is no noise nuisance. Very nice apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

The apartment is located at the end of the beautiful promenade in the center of Saint Malo, the path alone is a pleasure. We stayed there for 2 nights. Many thanks for the two hosts. A parking space was reserved for our car.

Beautiful apartment, quiet and very well equipped. The location is ideal: 2 minutes from the beach without having to cross the road, and 10 minutes from the center of Julouville and shops. The big plus: the exteriors with the garden furniture and the courtyard in which you can park the cars. All surrounded by a fence that makes it so there are no neighbors. We didn't meet Céline and Étienne but they are super responsive if we need anything and very accommodating. I think we'll go back
