Friendly and attentive host, the apartment meets all the expectations of the listing. Everything is clean, tidy, it doesn't need detail and make you feel right at home. Perfect if you want to stay in Motilla del Palancar, the location is good has restaurants, supermarkets, etc and it is not difficult to park.

We had a great extended stay at Maria’s apartment. Maria was a fantastic host, providing recommendations before hand, great welcome when we arrived, and was very responsive throughout our stay. The apartment is in an awesome location, very central to everything you want to see and do in the city. Parking is on the street or local parking lots but with a bit of practice it’s pretty easy to figure out.

The apartment looks just like the photos - new furniture, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom; hair dryer and iron available. We didn't miss anything. The street is quiet, there is a supermarket and other shops nearby. Host Jose Maria takes great care of his guests, is very friendly and helpful, and responds quickly to messages. We also received a basket of breakfast products and a gift, which was a very nice gesture. I highly recommend staying in this apartment :)

We stayed in this apartment during the Antorchas festival and we couldn't be happier. The location is unbeatable: just a few minutes' walk from the Fairgrounds, which allowed us to enjoy the atmosphere without the need for a car or transport. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare quick meals, and the air conditioning was a much-needed plus in June. The bed was comfortable and you could rest well. The host was very attentive from the start, with quick and friendly communication. In short, a highly recommended place.

We really liked the location as you could walk anywhere supermarket, pharmacy, church, walk, monolith, pools . And I had everything you need in crockery and bedding and I also had things for the cleaning of the home and for the personal shower. Definitely a very good option to have gone.

The place is in a super convenient area for walking. It is close to avenidas, supermarket, etc. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are two rooms facing the street, along with the living room. The kitchen, the bathroom and a room overlook an internal patio. Everything is just as you can see in the photos: it is equipped to spend a comfortable stay, and José is very kind, he was attentive and decisive at all times. Highly recommended!

Wonderful, in the center and with parking and elevator, perfect for people with reduced mobility. The apartment is very spacious, all extremely clean and perfectly equipped. Despite being in the middle of the center, you can't hear a noise. It was a wonderful stay and Pedro was lovely, he recommended places to go and eat and he was very attentive to all the details. We will definitely repeat.
