The apartment is really complete, with an excellent location with access to the lake, just like the photos. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Bicycles to explore a beautiful city, and several additional amenities. Boris is a spectacular host, always available. I would come back without thinking.

We were very happy with the place, everything was relentless and you could see that they take great care of the space. We didn't hear any annoying noise from some other apartment and the location is ideal for going out to the lake in the mornings. In addition, the place is not only clean and tidy, it is also very nice, they have taken great care of the details.

Everything is good, nice place, very good facilities, easy to get to, you can walk to any downtown location. Just one thing, it's close to a wetland and at night if you don't have the terrace closed, it's impossible to be there because of the mosquitoes.

This is the second time I have stayed in the apartment and I recommend it 1000%, especially for those who are looking for a central location, which allows them to go everywhere on foot and who need equipment to enjoy an excellent stay at any time of the year.

The stay was excellent. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures and in the description, all very clean, neat and comfortable. The area is super quiet, ideal for resting, and also has very good security, which made me feel very safe throughout the stay. The gym is complete and in very good condition, perfect for working out without leaving the place. There is also a very entertaining and well cared for play area. Overall, everything was as I expected, or even better. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it.

The house is located in a very safe and quiet condominium. The views of Lake Villarrica are amazing both during the day and at night when there is a moon. It has everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation. We really enjoyed each space and in particular the stove and pool area. We like pets, and we loved the friendly kitten that "guards" the house, always outside. It is an ideal place to spend a vacation with family or friends and we highly recommend it. If you're traveling from outside Chile, we recommend having a local phone chip as we've had some roaming coverage issues and to access the condominium, Valentina can register you in the app to control access. We thank Valentina and Vicente for their kindness and look forward to returning.

Excellent service, highly recommended, Cristian is a 7, the house is beautiful and the condominium is really nice, close to the village, you can walk there in 7 minutes, with all the amenities, it's like being at home.

the house was wonderful, as seen in the pictures, everything very clean, good location since it is very close to the center of Pucon and we avoided all the traffic jams in the city. Fernando is an excellent host, very kind and always attentive to our questions. Just to point out that the water is not drinkable, so it is necessary to bring bottled water to avoid any inconvenience. We will definitely be back here.

100% recommended, the house is very cozy, much wider than what you see in the photos, everything is impeccable, it has everything you need for a comfortable and entertaining stay, children's toys, board games, the wifi worked perfect. The condominium is very safe, the descent to the beach is pending like the entire sector that surrounds that area of the lake, about 8 minutes walking and unlike other places this is paved, with a clean and quiet environment between the condominium gardens. Soledad excellent host, she was attentive throughout our stay and responded quickly to our concerns. It was a good experience, it exceeded our expectations.
