Chalet situé à 3 km du Lac d'Annecy, avec une vue superbe sur le lac. Annecy à 10 km, Belles plages à proximité, ballades et randos du chalet (dont site de départ parapente). Stations de ski (Grand Bornand et Clusaz) à 30 min. Grand terrain avec terrain de pétanque. Pour réserver : choisir l’option « contacter le vendeur » après avoir saisi vos dates et le n’abréger de personnes. Pour les we avec jour férié et lea vacances , nous ne prenons que les réservations sur 3 ou 4 jours minimum.

In beautiful villa very close to the lake and ultra residential area: comfortable and beautiful studio of 24 m2 totally independent with entrance and secure private parking, (no space shared with the owner), access to pool prohibited, kitchen, shower toilet sink, TV, wifi. On foot: lake, mountain, beach, village, restaurants, bike rental. Annecy 10 minutes by car. Beautiful mountain view and castle Menthon saint Bernard. Happiness guaranteed with everything at hand.

Wooden chalet with two bedrooms and sofa bed in the “Camping de la Nublière”. Our chalet was recently renovated and now has wifi, a large garden and bicycles for your use. Direct access to a private beach, the port and all the camping facilities including spa (paid) and the kids clubs. A perfect spot to enjoy the mountains and the lake as a family or with friends. Plus, we have the same chalet next door for 4 extra people.

The cottage is furnished and fully equipped with a cultivated garden and garden furniture.
