The listing matches the photos perfectly. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and quality materials. The room distribution allows two couples to have a perfect separation of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location of the apartment is ideal in the building, at the height of the reception, but far enough from it to suffer no disturbance. Besides, the apartment is well soundproofed from its neighbors, we did not hear any noise. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking and the internet connection (fiber) works really well. Finally, Jean-Yves' instructions and words of welcome as well as his great responsiveness were greatly appreciated.

Fabulous apartment in great, ski in ski out location. Really stylish and comfortable and with stunning views, also the spa and communal areas are top notch. Excellent ski hire and fresh bread available in the building so everything we needed! Stephane was a lovely host and really responsive and helpful. Would definitely like to return!

We had a great time in Avignon! The accommodation is really great, comfortable and very well located. But the big favorite is clearly the incredible view of the lake and the mountains, we couldn't get enough of it. A real little piece of heaven. Thank you for the welcome and see you soon perhaps!

Fantastic apartment in a great location in Arc 1950. The apartment is really close to the piste, and yet felt very private. The facilities in the building were great (we used the spa one morning, and it was lovely, with fantastic views). JJ was a truly excellent host, and communicated really well. Everything went smoothly. We are a family of 4, and it was spacious for us. The kitchen was just the right size, and the Carrefour in Arc 1950 is surprisingly well stocked. We had a really wonderful stay. Cannot recommend this apartment highly enough.

Another amazing stay in this wonderful apartment! A great apartment for two families for a week skiing with wonderful amenities and really responsive and helpful hosts. Fabulous ski in/ski out location, close to shops and restaurants and stunning views of the mountains…we’ll definitely be back again!

One of my best AirBnB experiences! Isabelle was totally responsive, in addition to being very accommodating for both my arrival and my departure, or identifying various services within the resort... The apartment is really very pleasant, we are + comfortable with 2, it is perfectly sized for 3 (we were 3 for a few days) but no doubt it will be suitable for 4 sinceit offers 4 REAL beds. (VERY qualitative double sofa bed). You can cook. That was an important point. Breathtaking views of the mountain range surrounding the Arcs 1950s (6km straight ahead). Private and gated ski locker on the landing. Access to the slopes (Hare blc & Roche Noire) with 350m of walking made in sneakers (then transferred to the backpack) carrying our equipment. A minimal constraint with regard to the cost of loc' of the lockers on the slopes (excessive for my taste, especially for 2 users, and especially compared to the cost of the apartment'!) Go for it!

We had a great stay in Laurie's apartment, very clean, consistent with the description, super well-equipped and quality, and decorated in a modern style, super beautiful! * The most outside a beautiful terrace with a fully equipped pergola and with grass and a very beautiful view of the mountains. * Parking is very convenient and accessible with unlimited spaces+++. beautiful chalet, in a quiet secluded part of Val D'esere. Maria the chalet host was extremely helpful. we were there at the very end of the season so getting down Le Face back to the chalet was challenging at the end of the day, but achievable if you are good skiers.

Super nice apartment, well equipped and accurate to the photos. Jérôme is very available, very nice and easy to arrive. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms very convenient to ski with the family. Quiet terrace, swimming pool, hammam and sauna with free access. Thank you we will definitely come back.

It was a lovely chalet with beautiful views of Mont Blanc. The accomodation was beautiful and well equipped with all the things needed for the families on a holiday! Beautifully decorated! The swimming pool and hot tub were very useful and family friendly. There was also a kids play area in the campus! Would love to visit again

Excellent stay in Charline's apartment. I recommend without hesitation, everything is very clean, tidy, very well arranged with lots of practical amenities, all in a cozy atmosphere. Very nice view with a very nice terrace. Charline is very nice, accommodating and responsive and knows how to give us good advice for hikes and restaurants nearby. Ideal location to do everything on foot in the village. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful 8 vacation days in this home with my husband and our dog, and the experience was really great. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our hikes and walks much easier. Also, the views from the place are simply gorgeous, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable, well located place with breathtaking views to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

Nickel accommodation, pleasant, clean and functional. Amazing views! Super comfortable residence with multiple accesses to vary pleasures and relaxation. Pleasant, accommodating and responsive host. Rarely had a place of this luxury at this price in the mountains! To give you the bad points encountered history of: fickle window door and one of the dry towels not working. That's to say .... we had a lovely week. Alexandre is an attentive host (as well as the real estate agency). the apartment is pleasant, comfortable and quiet. And there's a private parking lot (which is a big plus) The apartment is well located for skiing as well as for hikes or others (snowmobile .) thanks to shuttles. Small downside for us, the 5 floors were complicated to load and unload.
