Holiday rentals with a patio in Villaputzu

The balcony and the view of the sea, including hearing the waves on our first night, the peace of the neighbourhood, the lovely decorations in the apartment and the easy walk down to the village, restaurants and beach made this a perfect place for us to stay!

The listing was as shown in the photos and description. The view is great! The path to come is as described, it is a dirt road that needs to be taken gently but easily done. This is a peaceful and relaxing place. You can hear the neighbors a few times, especially the flush that must be stuck to the room but it's only occasionally. I recommend it because it's a nice place and that allows you to unwind. Thanks to Gino and Maria for their welcome and who are always available.

We enjoyed it very much. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who led us to our accommodation. Everything was very clean and modernly furnished. In addition, communication with the host in between via WhatsApp was very straightforward and convenient. We felt completely comfortable and in good hands. We would definitely come back!! It is only important to know that heating up the whirlpool takes a really long time. So plan enough time ;-)

Renata and Roberto's apartment is very beautiful, close to the sea and very well equipped. The place is very quiet and the garden as well as the exteriors are very nice. Renata and Roberto are very welcoming and available. We had a lovely stay and we'll be back with pleasure. Thank you!

Nice place. Quite remote outside the village. I liked the colorful decor specially the bathroom. I could hear the neighbors talking which could be due to lack of Sound isolation. However. I would recommend it and would love to visit again.

No problems whatsoever. The WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived but I contacted the host and they quickly gave me an alternative WiFi to use which solved the problem. Great location and good value for money. The beds were very comfortable.

Our family of 5 had an incredible experience staying at Mario's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The property was exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made the stay very comfortable. The location was nice—and in a peaceful area. The space was clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything that was listed on the site. The kids specially appreciated the pool table to fill in down time when not out and about. Throughout my stay, Mario was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed and offered a book with helpful local tips. It was clear he put a lot of thought into making the experience seamless.

We had a great time at Elias' accommodation in Baunei! The apartment is super spacious and has everything you need. We felt very comfortable right away. Everything was also available for our one-year-old son and there was a lot to discover. The terrace and garden were a dream! Elias was available with advice and action, gave great tips and always responded super fast. The location in Baunei was also great, everything was right on the doorstep and yet it was nice and quiet. We highly recommend the accommodation 😊 thank you for everything!

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We had wonderful days in this fantastic place. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, very clean and our personal highlight was the terrace with an incredible view of the sea, which invites you to linger! The property is very quietly located on a mountain - a rental car is an advantage, but the beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Communication with Mike went smoothly and quickly. He had lightning-fast answers for all our questions.

What a place!!! Stefanos house looks exactly like in the pictures! It has direct access to the beach - which enabled us to walk on the beach with our morning coffees - what a wonderful experience!! The bed was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in - I already searched online to find the pillows we had - need them for back home! Stefanos house was perfectly equipped - everything you will ever need is there. They have even a cupboard with sunscreen etc, in case you run out of yours :-) When we come back To Sardinia, this will be the plac where we stay in the south! Thank you very much Stefano!! Riccardo's house is very nice and well maintained and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The garden offers an area of peace and tranquility where you can relax after the day or for an outdoor breakfast. It is in a strategic location to visit the archaeological sites nearby (Su Nuraxi a Barumini, Santa Vittoria archaeological park, Nuraghe Arrubiu a Orroli). Riccardo was very kind and helpful both in terms of the flexibility of check-in and check-out times and the promptness of response and to advise us where to eat nearby (excellent pizzeria in Gergei).

Great villa in a beautiful part of Sardinia! We loved our stay at the villa, which was clean and comfortable with a nice garden. The beach is a five-minute walk and it is gorgeous (white sand, crystal clear water and shallow at the start, so very kid friendly). The area is off the beaten path and we loved that. There are beautiful mountains around and lovely beach restaurants. Doriana was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable, the bed was super comfortable. is near the airport but was still quiet and we slept well. Accommodation is outside in a garden, you are on your own. On foot, you can reach the city, a pasticceria, a bar or a pizzeria in 20 minutes.

Federica (Paola & Carlo) treated us like family. The welcome was extremely warm and welcoming. The space is Fabulous!!! Decor is perfect, beachy vibe and the location…OMG! Couldn’t be more perfect! Less than 1 minute walk to Poetto beach, bars and fabulous restaurants! If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. If you have a car, getting to old town Cagliari ( must see) is only 10 minutes by car. No car? The bus is easily accessible. Absolutely Perfect! Can’t thank you enough Federica! ❤️😘

We were a family of four, staying here in April. Check-in was smooth, Maria and Frederico met us at the agreed time to welcome us in and show us around. The apartment was perfect for us, has a great view and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable and trouble free. Great location, walking distance to local shops and restaurants. There is a parking space included, but need to be careful as there is a steep ramp at the entrance. Rather then take the risk of damaging our hire car we decided to park on the road out side the apartment - we had no issues doing this. A lot of thought has gone into preparing the apartment for guests. We enjoyed our time here and would come again.

Relaxing location, close to Cala Goloritzè hike, marinas for boat tours to Cala Marilou and other locations, and 10-30 minutes from a variety of great restaurants. It’s a bit remote but very relaxing pool and suite.

Lovely apartment in the mountain town of Baunei. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy, with an unbelievable view from the kitchen windows! Good location for hiking, however the town is a small one so not a huge choice in restaurants/cafe’s. Gian Marco was very friendly and accommodating! Parking on the street outside was also very easy.

The two of us felt incredibly comfortable and at home in Eva's pretty, bright and tasteful accommodation. The furnishings are new, the equipment is very good (towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, glasses, etc.) and the terrace sensational. There was also a delicious welcome greeting that we were very happy about. We fully agree with the other 5-star reviews! Our highlight was the location of the apartment: enjoy the fantastic view of the sea (including sunrise) from the bedroom, living room or terrace and standing on the beach in just 12 minutes' walk, which was still fantastically deserted at the end of April. Shopping, breakfast and dining were also easy on foot. Valentina and Eva's numerous restaurant tips were very helpful. We tried various kinds of them every day. All great! The accessibility of Valentina was very good, and the contact uncomplicated and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time in Marcantonio's accommodation. The accommodation is beautiful, new, beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The pool was beautiful, everything is perfectly set up for families. Marcantonio was very helpful, always available and very friendly. He has children himself and is very child-friendly. The area is fantastic, many beaches are within 20 minutes by car. The hills and vineyards were also a dream. We definitely want to come back.

Silvia’s apartment was beautiful. Couple steps from Poetto beach and 15 min from the city center where all the restaurants are. If you’re staying in Cagliari this is the place to be.

We were guests at Anto&Gio for four days and can only recommend the apartment. We were warmly welcomed and received recommendations for excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, the hosts were always available for us. Fresh fruit, water, wine, beer and ice cubes were available for us. The apartment is clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. Even flowers from their own garden were used for decoration. The terrace with the panoramic view is super beautiful both during the day and at night. We had a car (private parking available) and bicycles with us and were able to explore the area. Thank you for everything!
