Holiday rentals with beach access in Villanova

Appartamento nel centro storico di Monopoli su due livelli. Al primo: soggiorno con finestra panoramica sul mare e due stanze da letto di cui una con balconcino direttamente sul castello Carlo V e un bagno con doccia. Al secondo livelli una cucina ben attrezzata un bagnetto e una terrazza fantastica attrezzata con tavolo e sedie per colazione e pranzo e lettini per il sole: la vera chicca della casa con una vista sul mare incantevole. Siamo stati accolti da Cesare che ci ha dato consigli vari e ci ha fatto parcheggiare fuori dal centro per poi portarci a casa con valige. Noi ci siamo stati a fine maggio per il festival dell’Ukuele è senz’altro torneremo!!!

Magnifique "nid" à 2 pas du centre historique. Appartement décoré avec soin, et gros plus : les 2 superbes terrasses ! Domenico et Lucrezia ont été très sympathiques et très flexibles sur le check-in ! N'hésitez plus si vous cherchez un logement pour passer quelques jours dans la charmante ville de Polignano a Mare !

What a wonderful light, comfortable and spacious appartement. All necessary kitchen utilities are available. Giovanna is a very welcoming host and responded quickly to any questions we had. We very much appreciated her hospitality and attentive gestures. Most of all, we thoroughly enjoyed the roof terrace with then wonderful view across Bari’s old town and the harbor. Very walkable appartement also when you are traveling by train.

Amazing place with SPECTACULARLY UNFORGETTABLE sunrise. Never been happier to get up so early in am to witness the sunrise colors of the skyline every day. Everything in the apartment is immaculate and extremely well kept, including the extremely accommodating host which greatly contributed to a fantastic Apulian experience.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Gastgeber Giacomo war sehr aufmerksam und hat unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell und zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen optimal, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Küche ist gut ausgestattet um sich selbst sich auch kleine Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. L'appartement était non seulement très fonctionnel et d'une propreté impeccable, mais nous avons également été très touchés par votre accueil chaleureux et les adorables petits cadeaux faits main par votre épouse. C'était une attention vraiment charmante ! L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal, un véritable atout avec la place de parking si pratique. Être si près du centre-ville nous a permis de profiter pleinement de Polignano al mare. Mais au-delà du logement, c'est votre gentillesse, votre réactivité et vos précieux conseils qui ont rendu notre expérience si mémorable. Votre disponibilité et votre souci du bien-être de vos hôtes sont remarquables. Nous repartons de cette magnifique ville avec des souvenirs plein la tête. Vive l'Italie et vive les Pouilles ! Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was pristine and even more inviting than the pictures show. The area offered lots of shopping and so many delicious restaurants. Raffaele and his wife were so friendly and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! Ciao!

Mooie ligging, indrukwekkende entree. Goed bed, perfect schoon. Leuk ingericht. Geen daglicht maar dat stoort niet als je er maar 1 nacht bent.

Świetne miejsce, jednak nocleg w miejscu kilku poziomowym na dłuższą metę może być uciążliwy. Każde pomieszczenie jest na innym piętrze. Jednakże ma to swój urok! Przepiękny widok z tarasu. Cudowna spokojna okolica, mimo, że blisko głównych atrakcji.

We had a lovely time, the property is less than five minutes walk to beaches, great views and lots of restaurants! Very happy with everything and Katia was quick to respond to our questions

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec des hôtes réactifs à nos problèmes et questions diverses. Très bel appartement au cœur du quartier historique de Monopoli, parfait pour se promener le soir et rayonner dans les Pouilles en journée ! Nous recommandons fortement ce logement et y séjournerons de nouveau avec grand plaisir !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

Logement idéalement situé pour visiter Monopoli. Il est fonctionnel et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour le quotidien. Seul petit bemol pour nous, le fait de ne pas pouvoir être dans le noir complet, surtout au petit matin. Monopoli est une ville fabuleuse.

Espetacular!!! Apto perfeito, super bem decorado, impecável nos mínimos detalhes!!! Localização ideal, no coração do centrinho de Monopoli com acesso aos melhores bares, restaurantes e passeios de barco. Tudo a poucos metros. Anna foi extremamente solícita, gentil e educada. Ítens básicos como café, água, refrigerante e bolachinhas estavam à disposição para facilitar a estadia. Ficaria facilmente o mês inteiro em Monopoli, neste apto.

Can't say enough about how nice Andrea was. He met us at the street and had saved us a parking space close to the apartment. Walked us the short distance to the apartment and gave us a tour of the place. He provided the best welcome package of any of the places we stayed on this trip. Water, snacks, a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of Proseco. He's a laid back, kind person and wants his guests to have a good time. He also sent us on our way with three bags of tasty local treats AND a cute little jar that per local custom is supposed to bring good luck. It definitely worked as I had misplaced my wallet and had turned the place upside down looking for it before he arrived. Within five minutes of receipt of the jar of luck, my wallet was found!! Thanks Andrea! Regarding the apartment, it has good AC, a nice little balcony from the top floor and all necessary kitchen items. The unit is spread out on four floors, so you'll get your steps in. All in all a great stay in Bari

Absolutely amazing place, and one of the best views for the sunset and sunrise in Polignano a Mare. We stayed a week and the house is incredible, with the sea view, balconies, roof terrace and rooftop. Walking distance from everywhere. Jacqueline was nice and very helpful, gave us plenty of good tips. Lots of steps and tiny bathrooms but we loved them too.

This apartment was exceptional. Very well thought out. Really well equipped and lacked nothing. There is lovely art on the walls. Eva was a pleasure to deal with, had great advice and recommendations. It is located slightly (10 mins) from the old town and we preferred this, to be in a characterful neighbourhood with loads of local cafes bars and restaurants. We had a great time

Nous sommes venus deux fois chez Marco ( début et fin de séjour dans les Pouilles) . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié et le quartier est génial ( calme la nuit et vivant le soir) je recommande vivement

Náš pobyt byl úžasný. Krásný velký byt s balkonem a obrovskou střešní terasou, s výhledem na moře. Velmi milý a nápomocný hostitel. Velmi dobrá lokalita na pobyt. Apartmán blízko od letiště, pár minut od moře a dobrá dostupnost do centra Bari. Moc jsme si to užili! Můžeme doporučit.

Beautiful town and the villa was very local! Close to everything! Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking a challenge as small streets but a car park is very close. Great roof top terrace with sea views.

Krásne ubytovanie v dobrej vzdialenosti k hlavnej stanici v Bari aj do starého centra Bari. Apartmán bol vybavený všetkým, čo sme pre náš pobyt potrebovali a bol čistý. Hostiteľ bol veľmi ústretový pri našom príchode aj odchode a nápomocný, na správy reagoval rýchlo. Ubytovanie určite doporučujeme :-)

Phenomenal stay in Polignano a mare at Silvia’s!! Definitely reccomend for your stay in a phenomenal location!!! Silvia was a great host and super communicative whenever needed!
