The apartment was comfortable and warm, it had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The area is one of the most comfortable in the city, close to very good restaurants and main avenues. It is worth noting that the area is very safe and access to the apartment is autonomous, easy and fast. A place and host I would recommend.

I stayed here for a month. One of the best places in Manizales! Pretty, spacious, gated apartment in building with doormen located on Ruta 30. On 2nd floor. A few stairs. Nice kitchen with big fridge and washing machine. Nice desk for remote working. Daniela is a super person and is always a great host!!

Very nice and spacious apartment. Close to a shopping center and 10 minutes from the cable car where there are many restaurants and bars. The internet worked quickly and without interruptions.

lack of ventilation in bathrooms, for the number of people we were and almost one more bathroom is missing, the mattresses are somewhat very worn in some even old people's spring. Doors are missing in the sofa bed room for privacy, lack of electric heaters in rooms, it took a long time to respond to Airbnb messages. in general if it should improve the conditions of the place.. we also had an incident with the police who were unaware of the neighbors and neighborhood security that the house was used for Airbnb and did not have the attention Laura to ask or be attentive to this situation.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful house for 7 days, it was such an amazing stay. Staff and host are pretty friendly and quick to answer any questions you might have. The place was pristine. The pool gets treated and cleaned every day. It’s located in the central area of santagueda which makes it easier to get deliveries to you. As well there is a bar and restaurant walking distance from the house. I would recommend to my friends and family who plan to visit in the future.

The place is excellent. Lorena is very friendly, attentive and quick response. Thank you with my FAMILY for the place, we had a great time. Easy to get there and the house is very nice. Just like in the photos. Very quiet.

The estate is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need for a large group stay. It has good entertainment spaces. Ideal for going with family or friends.

The apartment was wonderful, with really amazing views and a massive private rooftop (which I didn't realize until I arrived) There's a guy, Sebastian, who was the one who met me with the keys and helped me into the apartment was incredibly helpful and caring. Even when I moved on to other cities in Colombia he encouraged me to reach out if I needed anything. The only thing I will say, is the apartment (and Manizales) can get pretty cold at night. Make sure you bring some warm clothes and maybe some slippers for the apartment. 100% would stay again.

Carlo's place was very piecefull and clean. The convenience store was nearby. I like the little patio with fresh air and privacy. Hope to return in the future.
