Holiday rentals with a patio in Villaggio Mandorli

The view of the sea is beautiful. Anna was always attentive and Marino was also very attentive.

Everything was absolutely perfect, there was everything we needed and more in the apartment. Federico was very kind and gave us some great tips for restaurants and beautiful beaches.

Tomasso was very helpful before as well as during our stay. He gave us multiple recommendations of where to go as well as of some potential restaurants to try out. The apartment was located in a great area, with restaurants and historical sights all within walkable distance. The beach was easily accessible by bus which was only a few minutes away. The host always felt approachable and friendly, but never to the point where it would be overbearing. Our stay was overall amazing and if we're ever back in Cagliari, we'd choose this place again for our stay.

We spontaneously sent a request to Silvia just 30 minutes before our arrival – and were thrilled with how quickly and easily she responded. Communication was smooth, friendly and efficient. Everything worked out perfectly, and we felt in good hands from the start. Thank you for the flexibility and great organization - I'd love to do it again!

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

The check-in instructions including video were very clear and easy to understand. The private parking lot, which is located behind the fence in the complex, is a big plus. The parking space was good for our Seat Leon. The center and supermarkets are also within walking distance, and the beaches in the area are quickly accessible by car. The apartment was clean and we liked the very well-equipped kitchen and the great view from the balcony! The washing machine with clothes rack and air conditioning make the beach vacation very comfortable! We had a very nice stay at Lidia's apartment and recommend it to the family as well!

Stayed here with some friends. Great place, close to the beach. private and good value for money. Easy and fast communication from the host. Would certainly recommend!

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furnishings are carefully designed and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! The owners were very kind and helpful from the beginning to the end of our vacation. Highly recommended for those looking for a rejuvenating holiday. We look forward to coming back! We felt very comfortable. The house was extremely well equipped and had everything you could want. The house and the land were very well maintained. We really appreciated the fact that the place was a little isolated in the countryside (but everything was easily accessible by car and quickly downtown or the various beaches) and was quiet. Also, there were no direct neighbors during our stay. The house was very well equipped with various cleaning tools. The conversation with Manuela via mobile was simple and respectful. Our dog was also welcome to the house. The garden was fenced and there were bowls for the dog. We would book a stay at Villa Lú again at any time!

What a lovely stay. Giulia, Lorenzo and their very sweet family are fabulous hosts. They were really welcoming at check in and had plenty of tips… the house is very spatious and cool with a good outdoor veranda for eating on. They also leant is beach stuff and a phone charger we forgot to bring. (And then they were so kind and relaxed when we accidentally packed it with us when we left- oops!) Will come back!

The owner was always available for us and regularly inquired whether everything was to our satisfaction and also gave us valuable tips about the region. The quiet location and the view are particularly noteworthy. Also the possibility to cook outside was a nice feature.

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

We were personally very warmly received and there was a very nice welcome package with a cold beer, wine with snacks and lots of fruit. Totally great👍. The apartment is completely furnished and has good facilities, is conveniently located in relation to the center and a number of wonderful beaches. I highly recommend staying at Maurizio's if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The home is very cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, Maurizio made our stay so memorable with the fresh fruit deliveries and his recommendations to the local beaches and restaurants. We loved seeing the kittens every morning outside our front door and the property is so beautiful and alive. Plus, the beach is very close by and it was so much less crowded then the beaches that we visited in Northern Sardinia. Maurizio's home is a great stay for those who desire a quieter and more peaceful stay in Sardinia, away from the more touristy parts of the island. We would love to come back and stay at Maurizio's.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment was as described and is very lovingly decorated. In the kitchen there was everything you need (including oil, vinegar, salt pepper, rags, dish soap, etc.)! The communication was very friendly. We highly recommend a stay.

Cozy treasure in walking distance to the city center

Lovely apartment, clean and modern, in a very good location, just across the beach, we really enjoyed our stay here. The communication with Silvia was effortless, she is a superhost indeed. We would come again, for sure!

We were guests at Anto&Gio for four days and can only recommend the apartment. We were warmly welcomed and received recommendations for excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, the hosts were always available for us. Fresh fruit, water, wine, beer and ice cubes were available for us. The apartment is clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. Even flowers from their own garden were used for decoration. The terrace with the panoramic view is super beautiful both during the day and at night. We had a car (private parking available) and bicycles with us and were able to explore the area. Thank you for everything!
