Katia and Luca are wonderful people, super helpful and kind hosts, accurate in the directions. It was a pleasure to stay in their apartment, where there was everything you need to have a great holiday! The host's recommendations on where to eat and what to see in the area were much appreciated by us. Great area, literally within walking distance of the waterfront. We'll definitely be back

It was a wonderful vacation. The apartment was very functional and nicely decorated. Plenty of space on the terrace and on the balcony. The location was perfect, just a few meters from the beach. Lots of nice places in the area, and a great pizzeria in the house. We'll be back for sure...

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

Peaceful but close to everything’

Had a great stay here! We were able to check in early and was greeted by the owner with espresso and peach cake! Echo provided helpful translation when needed. We also received an invitation to the family's alpaca farm that night. The room itself was very clean and cutely appointed. We were only there for one night, but it had all the basics we needed with the exception of dish soap. The pool was a fabulous respite from the extreme heat - it's not a lap pool but plenty of room to swim around and relax. It is located an easy walk across the street to the lake. About a five minute walk to the grocery store. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the top of town. about a 20 minute walk from the train station. We ate at Ostteria le Scalette & had a great meal. We took a passagiatta through town after dinner & came across a marching jazz band that processed through town. All around a great trip to Castiglione Del Lago! Would highly recommend Residence Rainieri & the town and hope to be able to visit again!

The apartment is right by the sea and is perfect if you want to feel at home. We were there as a family with a child and we lacked nothing. You can enjoy the sea from the balcony and are within a few steps of the beach. The fully equipped kitchen offers all possibilities for cooking yourself. Marcella is a very warm hostess, as far as dealing with us is concerned, we can say: perfect! We can't say anything about the pool, as it was unfortunately closed due to construction work. All in all: premium location, great apartment, perfect hosts!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! I stayed on the weekend of August with 3 friends and, overall, it was a great experience. The photos unfortunately do not do justice to the apartment which is very nice and equipped with all the essential comforts. It is designed to welcome a couple but for those like us who adapt to alternative solutions, it is also great for 3 and 4 people. Mrs. Anna has been very kind since booking, always available and solar. The best value of this apartment is, however, the location: literally 2 steps from everything (beach, Viale Ceccharini, station). I highly recommend it to groups of friends or couples.

Pros: -Amazing location (that's what you're paying so much for) -Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby -Clean/Smells clean, too, which is important -Quiet area -Responsive and nice host -Big living area Cons: -Some aspects could be updated, including the shower head and windows, but these aspects didn't ruin our stay. -Bedrooms and beds are quite small, but the beds and pillows are comfortable. -Laundry machine is very old but still works

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

Our stay in Luca's apartment was fantastically beautiful! The apartment was super equipped, spacious and clean. It is 100% as described and is very quiet! Within 2 minutes you can be at the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. The communication with Luca has worked very well throughout. Even in the evening he responded to our concerns and helped us at all times. Luca is a very good host who knows very well to prepare wonderful holidays for his guests. He is friendly, patient and super personable. We had a great time and will be happy to come back! Thank you!

We had found the apartment and especially its location and decor appealed to us. It is not the cheapest apartment there but well worth it for the service and quality. Because our flight was seriously delayed we couldn't be in time for the key. We were able to pick it up in a hotel nearby, well arranged. The spare bed was also already made by Annalisa. Very nice if you arrive at night at 1:30 am. The apartment I think is 30 steps from the beach. So great location. We came for the fair in the Fiera and from Viserba that is very easy to drive to. The apartment is very clean and you will find everything you need for your stay. A downside; there is almost no hot water in the kitchen and that makes washing dishes a bit difficult. Otherwise completely fine, we will come here again next year!

The house is clean and spacious. We had a very good time, the owner of the house was very kind and helpful with us. I had the pleasure of meeting Michela, who in addition to having cleaned the house also took me to the supermarket to do the shopping, we forgot the battery charger and she sent it to our home. Highly recommended ✨

Spacious, comfortable and convenient apartment for a holiday in Rimini. The seafront is just a few meters away, and there are several restaurants and bars along the main street adjacent to the apartment. The most important thing is the personal parking space. Manuela was a great host, kind and helpful in giving advice on restaurants and bathrooms in the area. We followed many of his suggestions and we didn't regret it!

A gem. At the center of everything on the Rimini waterfront, with a parking space. Well, what more could you want? Comfortable apartment for a family of three with all the comforts. Probably in the high season you risk being a little too central but there is everything and I repeat with the parking space available in front of the Pascucci cafe and attached to the Fellini park basically behind the promenade. The price in this period is really worth "the ticket" of the trip. Very nice, we will return (probably avoiding the high season, but for our own sake)
