Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Villa San Giovanni

We had a wonderful stay at the appartement. We really enjoyed the beautiful balcony and the nature all around. We even got nice fresh fruits out of the garden!

Giuseppe is an exceptional host, very helpful and available. The village of Motta Camastra is very nice and the view is sublime. We were lucky to be there during the 2 days of the village festival so we could enjoy the concerts, fireworks, processions, illuminations and brass band. The apartment is very functional, well located in the village and allows you to enjoy the various visits to do in the vicinity including Etna. We regret not staying longer!

Lovely modern apartment that is up on the hill. Well equipped. A lot of noise from the traffic outside - on a junction.

It's a great house. To get there, you have to go up a huge steep road, but Salvatore drives in front of you the first time. When you see the house from the outside, you don't expect how big and beautiful it is on the inside. It has a wonderful roof terrace to sit in the evening. And around the corner is a castle ruin. The village has a bar and a very good restaurant with a beautiful terrace. In just 15 minutes by car, you can be sitting on the beach. And you are in the nature reserve in no time. We had a wonderful time.

Alberto and his father Giorgio were the most gracious hosts! Giorgio took time to personally introduce me to the locals and showed me all the spots to visit in order to make the most out of my stay. I will most definitely be back!

Natalie and Claudia's house is beautiful. The terrace is magical and offers spectacular sunsets over the Aeolian Islands. The whole estate is a marvel; the fact that it is all fenced makes it much easier to manage, especially if you have a dog that likes to run away. It also makes you feel safe, the car is parked inside. I asked for a vacuum cleaner (due to the dog) and it was provided immediately. We asked for the barbecue and we also received it immediately. The washing machine was convenient, given the somewhat long stay (more than a week). Everything else was simply perfect. There's not much around Rodia out of season, but with a few kilometers by car, the problem is solved.

Highly recommend this place. Very comfortable and perfectly clean apartment. The house is really much better that in the pictures. A beautiful terrace with garden and sea views. In the house we had all we needed for our stay and the kitchen is well equipped. Alessandro is a very responsive and caring host. He meet us when we arrived and give us all the information needed. And during our stay Alessandro quickly reacted on our questions. Thank you for welcoming and care, Alessandro! We enjoyed very much our stay in the apartment and recomend it with pleasure!

Thankyou Cinzia for a lovely stay! We really enjoyed our night at the Airbnb - it was very comfortable, clean and homely whilst being environmentally conscious. The surrounding environment of fruit trees was very calming. There is also a small pool with a view for when it gets hot and you need a dip. A delicious breakfast was served in the main house including cakes, locally made preserves, fruit, ham and cheese. Cinzia was very warm, welcoming host who spent time to explain the history of the building and tips for the local area. We are sad we weren’t able to spend more time here and try the wine made, as we ran out of time but hope to come and visit again. Thanks Cinzia!

This place is a little haven. Beautiful views and so relaxing and peaceful amongst the orange trees and the wildlife. Salvo is the perfect host. He cannot do enough for you and is so kind and generous. This is our third stay at Casa di Civi and will not be the last!

This place is a dream! It really is beyond beautiful. A traditional Sicilian villa, which has been lovingly taken care of and feels like a family treasure. The garden is incredible, with lots of beautiful flowers and fruit trees, and potted plants all along the walls and balcony. And the views are amazing! From the kitchen and the upstairs terrace you can see the Etna, but from all of the windows the sights are just beautiful. Giovanni is the best host, very friendly and has lots of great recommendations for the area, for sightseeing and food 🥰 I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Our expectations were exceeded. Paulo was so helpful and friendly. The pet dog Papoy even made our stay fun. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a memorable experience

Everything was just great! Vittoria was very nice and warm. The view was fantastic - right by the sea. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Daniele’s house! The pool area was fantastic, and the garden had several cozy spots where you could sit and relax. We often had breakfast and dinner on the lovely terrace above the pool – overlooking the garden and surroundings. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and Daniele was an incredibly helpful and accommodating host. He arranged both a high chair and a baby cot for us, and was always available if we needed anything. One truly magical moment was being able to see a volcanic eruption from the house – an unforgettable experience! It was also easy to get to the nearest grocery store by car. During our stay, the star jasmine was in full bloom around the walls of the house, filling the air with a wonderful scent. We can warmly recommend this place and would happily return!

Great stay! Daniele was very helpful and had clear instructions. Place was clean, plenty of beds as well. Close to the beach and shops as well. The only downside was the loud noise from neighbours both nights of our stay however this is no fault of Daniele’s. Great host and great stay!

Carlo was an amazing host – very attentive and caring throughout our stay. The apartment had a stunning sea view and was located in the heart of a charming fishing district in Scilla. Everything was clean, cozy, and felt truly authentic. One of the best stays I’ve Ive ever had – absolutely top-notch!

Incredible serene oasis. Antonio brought us eggs, fresh strawberries, and citrus galore, making sure we felt right at home. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

It was like winning the lottery to find this beautiful accommodation. Nicer than in the photos and the view from the balcony - priceless! Beautifully situated, 5 minutes by car from Tropea center. Since we were there without a car and it was quite steep up and down on roads without a sidewalk, Filippo "saved our lives". Incredibly nice and likeable, he always took us and picked us up wherever we wanted to go. In addition, great tips for beach, restaurant, etc. Domenica was also very warm. A great week that we wouldn't have traded for a star hotel. Great communication, uncomplicated process, magnificent view, picco bello clean and no concern remained unfulfilled. 10 out of 5 stars 😍

Alessandro's place was everything we expected and more, right on the seafront, with loads of fantastic restaurants, grocery store and few shops all on the doorstep. The Apartment, was peaceful, and had everything you need for a great holiday, home from home. Alessandro was great at recommendations, but as he said you can't go wrong with any of the restaurants and cafe's Giardini Naxos, is a really lovely place to stay, always felt safe walking around night or day, Taxi to Taormina costs 25 euro to beach 30 euro to the town, during the day but at night is around 40Euro So much to see and do on the island, which is absolutely stunning We used Sayonara Beach, Geovanni and staff were great too, great advice and not a rip off, they have a cafe and restaurant, with all the facilities needed for the day, and is only a five minute walk. Will definitely stay at Alessandro's place again and highly recommend.

This home is beautiful! The pictures do not reflect how adorable this space truly is. In addition, this was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. I was very impressed! I had a welcome bottle of wine, a beach bag provided packed with all beach necessities, toiletries galore, decor on point… truly a gem. The view from the apartment balcony is gorgeous. You can also go up 2 flights of stairs to the rooftop. This is the perfect location for restaurants and shops. For the beach, you can take a cable car down (€10 round trip), taxi, or most of the Lido/beach clubs have complimentary shuttles. Would highly recommend staying here!

I had a great stay at Alberto's place: he was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is close to several bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops near the city centre of Messina. I hope to be back soon!

Fabio was kind and helpful to us right from the start... I appreciated the possibility of being able to park the car in the inner courtyard... the house is not in a central location but with your own means you can easily reach everything... if we need to, we will return
