Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Villa Ortúzar

Pasamos una gran estadía en familia, el lugar es tal cual se ve en las fotos, está equipado con todo lo que necesita una familia. Fueron flexible con el ingreso y la salida, la comunicación fue excelente. Claro que volveremos y recomendaremos el alojamiento.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, près du transport en commun et des restaurants. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et l'aide de nos hôtes qui ont répondu à nos questions en plus de la terrasse avec le bbq pour se préparer des asados comme les argentins!

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

El alojamiento de Damián es una muy buena opción para viajes en grupos, ubicado en una zona muy linda y estratégica de la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Recomendado.

Epico, poco mas que agregar. Es tal cual la descripcion, 0 humo, la verdad que si buscas algo para disfrutar con amigos y familia es la que va.

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

If you’re thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, don’t think. Buy the ticket. Come. Stay here. I’m so serious. You’re two blocks away from uptown bar which is sick, las cabras which has phenomenal asado, and super safe neighborhood. Can uber anywhere for less than $10. Book the trip, the only thing you’ll regret is leaving

Excellent unit in a beautiful part of the northern suburb. Plenty to do! Loved the area and the place itself. Clean, new and fully equipped. Host was extremely accommodating and gracious. Would definitely recommend !!

Primeira vez em Bueno Aires. Fizemos praticamente tudo a pé,metrô e ônibus e a localização ajudou demais para que isso aconcesse. Perto de tudo. O local é extremamente limpo,agradável e com muito conforto. Roupas de cama extremamente limpas e de qualidade. Voltaremos em breve. Muito obrigado pela estadia. 🙌🙏

a casa é linda, aconchegante e silenciosa. perfeita para descansar. o bairro é residencial, sem muitos comércios e restaurantes por perto. a marga é uma anfitriã educada e discreta. foi um prazer dividir o espaço com ela, já que se trata de uma acomodação independente mas dentro da mesma casa. a comunicação com nat foi sempre muito amigável e rápida. certeza de uma ótima estadia pra quem procura tranquilidade! a cama é o chuveiro merecem destaque pois são sensacionais!

We had a lovely stay at Santiago’s apartment. The location is great and the apartment is very stylish, comfortable and well equipped. We would highly recommend it!

Сама квартира нам дуже сподобалась, дуже зручна, тепла, затишна, простора, багато світла. Але головний мінус це залізна дорога прям під вікнами і потяги, які їздять і в день і в ночі, тож якщо вам не заважає цей гуркіт ту-тууу потягів і в день і в ночі - думаю ви будете задоволені квартирою. Приємний господар, дякую за прийом.

La experiencia en el apartamento fue en general muy buena. María fue muy atenta y nos ayudó con el check in dado que llegábamos en la madrugada. La ubicación es excelente, cerca a sitios de interés, en una zona segura y concurrida, y con muy buena disponibilidad de transporte público. La limpieza del apartamento puede ser mejor, se sentía un olor a químico al entrar, sin embargo con el aire acondicionado se disipaba. Por la ubicación, las instalaciones modernas y cómodas, y lo atento de la anfitriona, recomendaría este alojamiento.

I highly recommend this apartment. It is beautiful and clean, just like in the photos. I spent almost two months there, while studying and getting to know Buenos Aires. The location is great, there is a subway 15 minutes away, lots of cafes, very close to Palermo as well. Karina was truly great. She helped me with everything that I needed and responded immediately. I had a wonderful experience!

Mi estadía fue de una semana y estuvo excelente, el alojamiento es hermoso , limpio y bien decorado, tal cual la descripción de las fotos y la publicación, es un edificio nuevo y bastante tranquilo. Recomendadisimo ; volvería sin duda. La anfitriona es un persona súper amable y muy atenta.

Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier calme, proche de nombreux commerces. Appartement propre, bien agencé et disposant de tout ce que nous avons besoin pour notre séjour. J’y suis restée un mois et j’ai apprécié le calme, la gentillesse des résidants de l’immeuble. Les hôtes sont très gentils et serviables. J’ai été très bien accueilli. Merci

La conexión a internet es excelente, recomiendo el depto para trabajar de forma remota, algo muy importante para mi. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos: de dos ambientes, moderno, cómodo y muy bien equipado. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario, el balcón es un plus para relajarse y tiene smart TV. La limpieza fue impecable. Muy recomendable para quienes buscan comodidad y funcionalidad.
