Holiday rentals with a patio in Villa Ortúzar

The apartment is old and could use some TLC but value for money. Well appointed apartment with everything you need. Great location near train, bus and walkable to great restaurants in BA. Swimming pool was nice during those steamy afternoons. Staff very attentive to requests. We had a great time. Close to local markets and washing machine is always appreciated. Thanks to Carolina.

Everything was excellent, the apartment is beautiful, the hosts are very friendly and the area is great for food, tranquility and to take the subway or buses, spectacular!!! I wish everyone was like that Congratulations to hosts !!!

I can not review this exact space, since I got a free upgrade to a bigger apartment in the same building! But my stay there was amazing, and the host replies very fast, checks in every now and then how everything is going. The rooftop pool is lovely, spent a lot of time there :) Overall great to stay, would definitely come back!

It was a very good experience. Villa Urquiza is beautiful neighborhood. We have boys and the plaza a metros from the dpto was a big draw. It's full of bars and cafes. The neighborhood is beautiful! Super Recommended.

I had an excellent experience in this Airbnb apartment. From the first moment, the service was impeccable. The host was very kind, always attentive to our needs and willing to answer any questions. The location is another strong point: it is in a strategic area, close to restaurants, shops, public transport and tourist spots, which made our city tours much easier. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Each space is tastefully cared for and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for both rest and work. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the internet connection was fast and stable throughout the stay. Without a doubt, what stands out the most is the tranquility of the place. Despite being well located, the environment is quiet, which allowed a full rest. I recommend this place 100% and would return without hesitation. A perfect stay!

Everything in the room is brand new, the apartment is beautifully decorated, the view from the balcony is beautiful, and the bedding is comfortable.Everything was perfect except that the washing machine in the building couldn't be used on the day we arrived (we finally solved the problem at the nearby laundry shop)!

We had a great family stay, the place is as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course, we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful and comfortable hallway house. All tidy and clean. Very quiet neighborhood, there is always room for parking. Maria is very attentive and friendly. Safe and well-lit place at night. We love it. Super recommended.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience in Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is a modern building and the apartment is impeccable. The only drawback was the hot water that lasted less than 5 minutes the first day, but I contacted Nataly, she answered immediately and then we had no problem. Nataly was always attentive to messages. We would definitely come back!

It really is an excellent apartment! It has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Super clean and tidy. It's beautifully decorated. It has the necessary appliances and utensils and everything is new and works well (kitchen, air conditioning, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, towels, etc.). It's spacious, the bed is comfortable, and it has a nice balcony. The complex is superlative: heated pool, jacuzzi, saunas, gym. Everything is spacious, new and very easy for guests to access. The host, Juan, is very explicit, responds quickly and accurately. They left us coffee capsules, chocolates and beer in the fridge, it's a very nice welcome when you arrive tired from a trip. 100% recommended apartment. The price/quality ratio is excellent. It's worth it!!!

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bedding, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth the walk through the neighborhood until you reach the Palermo park.
