The house is super nice, modern, comfortable mattresses and has 2 bathrooms. Located about 12 blocks from the beach approx. It has a nice patio and a grill with a pergola that is also very nice. We went in June, so it was quite cold in Valeria, but the house has heating in all the spaces, so we were super warm. Hernan gave us all the necessary information to enter, he offered us a flexible check in and checkout, which is a great goal. I broke a glass, but Hernan didn't make any trouble for us, a boss. My only recommendation would be to offer the towel and sheet service for those of us who want to travel light, but the rest is 10 points. The accommodation is highly recommended and the host is a genius.

The apartment is exactly as described. In a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown if you want to walk. Communication with Alexia and Patricio was good, they answered all our questions. Recommended.

everything was great! very quiet neighborhood not far from the ocean. nature and beauty. the only thing you need to bring with you is a dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. everything you need is in the house. the fireplace is beautiful. thank you!

The location is unbeatable, quiet and with private access to the sea. Undoubtedly a highly recommended place and the host, Luciano was very attentive, gave us advice and attention at all times. For a getaway or a good vacation, as a couple or as a family, it's ideal. We hope to be back soon.

Bautista's place is excellent: spacious, well equipped and perfect for accommodating up to 8 people comfortably. We were greeted with a wine and some snacks, a good detail for arrival. Bautista was always very attentive and responded immediately to our queries. In addition, it was very flexible with check-in times, allowing us to enter several hours earlier than stipulated. A highly recommended place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

We had an incredible few days. The location is perfect, steps from the beach and an excellent hostel. But the best part: the sunset from the courtyard of the house. A breathtaking view to end the day with a glass of wine. The apartment is as it appears in the photos: very comfortable. Very quiet, ideal for resting. A stunningly equipped apartment next to the ocean. There was everything you needed and even more. You could watch the sunset from the balcony, and the beach was only a 3-minute walk away. We really wanted to stay longer.

Positive: Unbeatable location, direct beach access, restaurants and bars a few blocks away. Silence in the nights. Building in good condition, always clean, great pool and a unique view. Very safe area and good beach. It's spacious, looks smaller in the photos, Bright and good air conditioning. Negative: Very little equipped the kitchen, enough basic utensils are missing. The fridge doesn't cool down much. The WiFi is only 10 Mb to 20 Mb , it is insufficient to work and have video calls. The services are very intermittent and nulo por horas.
