A perfect spot to enjoy Asunción! This wonderful apartment is ideal for discovering the city from comfort and good taste. It has a quiet terrace, surrounded by vegetation, where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the street. The bed is incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good rest after exploring the city. On the rooftop, spectacular views of Asunción await you: an ideal place to have a coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset. I also want to highlight the attention of the building staff: always friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. A special thank you to Tony, who made my stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back this year!

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

Quiet days, supermarkets relatively close, a couple of restaurants on the same block where you eat rich.

This is the third time we've stayed at this house. It's very comfortable and spacious. Close to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants. Ideal to come with children. We always come to see the family, and the spaces in the house are ideal for sharing, either indoors or outdoors. Vicente (the caretaker) is very friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed.

The house is very nice and is very well equipped. There is not much nearby but it arrives very well delivery and Uber. The only thing I didn't like is that it has a camera in the dnd dining room is also the armchair bed and I found it invasive.

Fantastic experience from check-in to checkout. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is excellent. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was complete and tidy. The split air conditioning works very well. The living room is spacious and comfortable. Ana gave us directions and recommendations for the area that were much appreciated and at all times she makes sure that guests are happy and have a good time.

Excellent apartment, it is well designed and decorated with very good quality. It includes all the services it offers. As for the cleanliness, it's impeccable. A very nice balcony with a large grill included, wide views in the windows of all the rooms. Very spacious garage and has a trunk. Highly recommended. I'd come back without thinking. I highly recommend this listing! The apartment was very clean and as advertised. Beautiful and spacious. Quiet street but close to all amenities: shopping mall (2 less than 600 m). Not to mention the Urban café with these great breakfasts and great cafes. I would highly recommend it Thank you so much. We'll be happy to go back.
