We had a great family stay, the place is as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course, we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

We had a great time in Buenos Aires. Carola was so kind, helpful, and flexible. Place was perfect for the four of us with private space for everyone. And wonderful communal space to enjoy each other and a mate. Location could not have been better. We’ll be back!

The house is a typical Buenos Aires house, with all the pros and cons of an old house. Mike was a very friendly and responsive host, and every time something was needed he attended quickly.

Great place to stay with a large group. It is very conveniently located and easy to get around from. The rooftop is a special treat.

Our stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Checkin was super smooth and quick. Bianca was wonderful! She provided clear instructions, was very friendly and super responsive whenever I reached out with questions. She also helped coordinate transportation for me which was incredibly helpful since finding a larger sized vehicle can be difficult in Buenos Aires. The location of the apartment is super walkable to great shops, restaurants and bars. There’s so much to do in the area. We also felt very safe during our stay. The 24 hour security is great! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

If you’re thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, don’t think. Buy the ticket. Come. Stay here. I’m so serious. You’re two blocks away from uptown bar which is sick, las cabras which has phenomenal asado, and super safe neighborhood. Can uber anywhere for less than $10. Book the trip, the only thing you’ll regret is leaving

First time in Buenos Aires. We did practically everything on foot, subway and bus and the location helped a lot for this to happen. Close to everything. The stay was marked by comfort, practicality and an exceptional location. On the 27th floor of a modern building, the apartment offers stunning views of the city and Rio de la Plata, with a spectacular sunrise every morning. The location is a great differential: surrounded by great restaurants, cafes and markets — some 24 hours — in addition to being close to the subway. Many sights are a few minutes' walk away, making it much easier to travel. The apartment is modern, well ventilated and illuminated. The view is really the highlight, but the structure also deserves praise, with equipped kitchen and utensils available for on-site dining. I recommend to those seeking comfort, practicality and a unique visual experience in Buenos Aires.

Spacious and comfortable apartment It needs maintenance as there were some broken things and damp spots on the wall. They gave us the apartment with dirty cutlery...that was a little unpleasant. Flor was super kind in communication and responded quickly when we needed something. For a long stay (we stayed 2 weeks) there are things that would improve the accommodation, such as a carpet for the bathroom and a dish drainer in the kitchen. The doorbell has a camera, which gave us security. Being located on the 4th floor, it is very quiet and we had no street noise. We recommend it if they solve the humidity problem...

Excellent apartment, very beautiful and cozy!

We usually use Airbnb to travel and we understand when it's a business and when it's a home. The truth is that this accommodation is very well designed and Lidia took the time to think about those little details that make the difference. A very pleasant stay and the apartment has everything you need: kitchen items, dishes, etc. If I had to go back to BA I would check if it is available, I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for a full month and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a longer stay. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was great since I was working remotely. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and the bed was super comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a long stay or short.

Excellent apartment, comfortable, neat, nice, functional. Ideal for 2 people. Comfortable bed, strong shower, huge TV. 20 meters away 2 supermarkets, 1 block away the restaurants begin, quiet environment. Comfortable garage in the facilities with electric gate (consult). Everything is excellent. I'll repeat every time I go to Buenos Aires.
