We loved our 5-night stay! Highly recommended for everyone who likes to explore Palermo, Villa Crespo and Chacarita by foot. Very comfortable and stylish apartment, equipped with all you need and more. Felt very peaceful and quiet, with the luxury of a small garden in the city. Large bedroom with comfortable bed, lots of storage and AC. Nathalia was very responsive, friendly and thinking along with our needs.

Un monoambiente petit, very confortable. Impeccable, bright and with everything you need. Hosts are a charm, always attentive, they respond right away. My arrival got complicated and they did everything to help me resolve the issue, very willingly and kindly. Unbeatable area. There are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and there is also the sub two blocks away and transportation for all sides. But the block is quiet and the apartment, which faces the front, very quiet. I will go back, no question.

Totally happy with my stay. The apartment is just like the photos, I loved that everything was clean and tidy. Sofi always had the best disposition and was always very kind. Before traveling, I had looked for accommodation in another sector, and the host did not want to receive me because it is the first time I use this platform, and Sofi had no problem receiving me. The sector seemed very quiet and safe. I love that there are many cafes nearby. When I return to Buenos Aires, I will definitely stay here again 🤎

Alan's place is in a cozy neighborhood that houses some really good cafes, restaurants, and bodegas. I did a longer term stay and felt really comfortable walking in the area at all times (Palmero is like 15-20 min walk depending on where you go). There's a wonderful park nearby to have a mate with a friend. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen has the basics allowing you to cook if that's you're vibe. Alan is really welcoming and sent me a neighborhood guide during my first weekend there!

Impeccable apartment and very well located! The bed is super comfortable, the shower is excellent, the heating is very good, and the cleanliness is excellent too. We'll be back!

Jonatan is an excellent host, we had excellent communication. The apartment has an excellent location if you go to a show at the Movistar Arena. Close to restaurants and outlets.

Gladys is a great host. Warm and always attentive. The apartment in Villa Crespo has everything you need to be well. Many public transportation nearby including Subway B. Very complete small kitchen with accessories. There are many food businesses in the area. I felt at home. And I'll be back.

Fantastic Stay! For me, this is one of the best Airbnbs in Buenos Aires! The neighborhood is a real neighborhood, not a touristy area with too many fancy stores, but it is also safe and very close to many popular neighborhoods, like Palermo. It has all the conveniences , plus the feel of a real "barrio". The apartment itself is light, airy, and spacious. The pictures do not do it justice. The view is exceptional, as 16 floors is very high for BsAs. And to sit in the Japanese soaking tub at night is the cherry on top. It is completely private, but you can see the whole city. This is a rare find, since you will usually only find shared jacuzzis in buildings in BsAs. Unlike many Airbnbs, Timothi's home is someone's actual home, not a sterile space. This means you will find personal touches. He left a computer station, all sorts of cooking supplies like oil, sugar, spices, etc. He left lots of bottled water, and a bottle of wine. Really lovely guy, gracious host, and great communicator!

I was in the apartment to attend a show at the Movistar Arena and the location was unbeatable. Everything as published: clean, tidy and with first-class amenities. The host always responded excellently. The area is quiet, and the apartment has a covered garage, very easy autonomous check-in and check-out (with codes), and a set of towels included. Excellent price-quality ratio. I definitely recommend it and I would come back.

Great apartment, close to the subway station and several restaurants, quiet and easily accessible building, I recommend it.

The building is located a few blocks from Corrientes Street and 9 de Julio Avenue. The highlight of this apartment is the breathtaking view of all of Buenos Aires from the 18th floor. It allows you to appreciate the sunrise and sunset. The entrance staff are respectful. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The kitchen, bathroom, hot water, heating, and TV worked perfectly. I highly recommend staying in this apartment. I'd come back.
