This loft apartment is beautiful and just as pictured. Very clean, super comfortable, nice bathroom ammenities, linens were soft and smelled great. We slept very well while here. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need for cooking and appeared to be brand new.The host and management company does a great job communicating and responding to any needs. If you are in Buenos Aires and just want to relax, this is the place to be. Also we found it to be absolutely safe to walk around during the day or night. Seems to be just on the outskirts, so we did not find much to do around us and not many restaurants open on the weekend we were here. The locals we met and were in contact with were very nice and helpful even though our Spanish is minimal. Thank you for a delightful 3 night stay!

O apartamento e ainda mais bonito pessoalmente, muito bem localizado, no bairro de Palermo Soho onde você poderá encontrar os melhores restaurantes e cafeterias e andar tranquilamente a pé à noite (mesmo para uma viajante solo como eu). Além de ter uma cozinha super equipada para preparar sua comida em um dia que não esteja com vontade de sair ou mesmo fazer seu próprio café da manhã em uma manhã fria e chuvosa. Azul e Nico são excelentes anfitriões, foram super atenciosos com meu check-in tardio e me ajudaram como uma limpeza extra, pois tive bastante dias de hospedagem. Super indico para quem está indo conhecer Buenos Aires, você estará na melhor região da cidade. Um grande abraço.

Fantastic Stay! For me, this is one of the best Airbnbs in Buenos Aires! The neighborhood is a real neighborhood, not a touristy area with too many fancy stores, but it is also safe and very close to many popular neighborhoods, like Palermo. It has all the conveniences , plus the feel of a real "barrio". The apartment itself is light, airy, and spacious. The pictures do not do it justice. The view is exceptional, as 16 floors is very high for BsAs. And to sit in the Japanese soaking tub at night is the cherry on top. It is completely private, but you can see the whole city. This is a rare find, since you will usually only find shared jacuzzis in buildings in BsAs. Unlike many Airbnbs, Timothi's home is someone's actual home, not a sterile space. This means you will find personal touches. He left a computer station, all sorts of cooking supplies like oil, sugar, spices, etc. He left lots of bottled water, and a bottle of wine. Really lovely guy, gracious host, and great communicator!

The slick apartment is super thoughtfully laid out & designed, and was squeaky clean when I arrived. Has absolutely everything you need (including a vacuum cleaner & washer, cleaning stuff, coffee, etc) and great wifi for working from home. Comfy bed, comfy couch. The highlight though was the location: an easy walk to everything, close to major streets with busses, great restaurants, and yet very peaceful. This apartment was definitely the best value apartment I stayed in during my 4 months in Buenos Aires, and I had a great 1-month stay there. Emiliano was really responsive & a great host. The only warning is that the windows aren't well-insulated, and since I was there at the beginning of winter I did find myself having to keep the heating on at all times. If you get cold easily & WFH that might be a problem if booking in the winter (as the desk is right beside the window) but that's really the only thing I can think of. Aside from that, absolutely 10/10 stay. Thank you Emiliano!

Nos encantó el lugar, el equipo de Joaquín siempre estuvo al servicio, te reciben con la mejor energía, el departamento es amplio, tranquilamente 2 parejas disfrutarían la estancia muy bien! El balcón es amplio, la cocina hermosa, todo todo, las habitaciones, todo un 10!!!!! Gracias, súper recomendable!

We had an amazing stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with great cafes nearby for breakfast. It was also next to a ton of green spaces in case you’re a jogger like me. The apartment was squeaky clean and the bed was very comfortable. AC/heating was super easy to use and the kitchen has everyone one would need. The host was very responsive and let us check in early, which was very kind. Thank you so much, we would absolutely stay again 🙃😁

Very modern, clean and comfortable apartment. It had everything i needed plus some extra niceties (like electrical adapters) without any unnecessary items so i had plenty of space to spread out and store my stuff. The blackout curtains were really great as well. It was light and airy during the day and completely dark at night. The hosts were very responsive and thoughtful!

Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa no apartamento da Laura e do Oscar! Desde o início, foram anfitriões atenciosos, prestativos e muito gentis. A comunicação foi rápida e clara em todos os momentos. O apartamento é impecável: extremamente limpo, cheiroso, bem decorado e muito organizado. Tudo estava exatamente como nas fotos, ou até melhor! A localização também é excelente, perto de tudo, com fácil acesso a restaurantes, mercados e pontos turísticos. Foi um final de semana incrível, e com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui. Totalmente contenta con mi estadía. El depa es tal cual las fotos, me encanto que estuviese todo limpio y ordenado. Sofi siempre tuvo la mejor disposición y fue todo el tiempo muy amable. Antes de viajar, había buscado alojamiento en otro sector, y el anfitrión no me quiso recibir porque es primera vez que ocupo esta plataforma, y Sofi no tuvo problema en recibirme. El sector me pareció muy tranquilo y seguro. Me encanta que hay muchas cafeterías cerca. Cuando vuelva a Buenos Aires, sin duda volveré a hospedarme acá 🤎

La estancia fue muy buena! Solo el armario de la habitación estaba roto y no permitía abrir las puertas ni los cajones. Gracias por pensar en poner adaptadores para conectar los equipos! Gracias por la cafetera! Todo súper bien!

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

Our stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Checkin was super smooth and quick. Bianca was wonderful! She provided clear instructions, was very friendly and super responsive whenever I reached out with questions. She also helped coordinate transportation for me which was incredibly helpful since finding a larger sized vehicle can be difficult in Buenos Aires. The location of the apartment is super walkable to great shops, restaurants and bars. There’s so much to do in the area. We also felt very safe during our stay. The 24 hour security is great! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

Explicou tudo e deu várias indicações sobre restaurantes , lugares e observações do que poderia ser perigo em alguns lugares depois de certo horário. Todo excelente, el dpto muy bonito, igual a las fotos, excelente ubicación, tranquilo tanto de día como de noche, Marcelo excelente anfitrión, siempre pendiente, nos recibió con unas botellitas de agua y café, nos daba info sobre distintos lugares para, comer, desayunar etc..Muchas gracias por todo y seguramente volveremos.

Disfrutamos de unos lindos días en el departamento, todo tal cual las fotos. Lo único es que el jacuzzi es solo agua fría... más para el verano! Angel siempre muy atento y la zona está llena de lugares para ir.
