Welcome to our charming apartment in the heart of Vilanova and a few steps from the beach. This bright, fully renovated space is perfect for couples, families, or friends looking for an unforgettable getaway. Enjoy the convenience of being minutes away from the beach, surrounded by restaurants, shops and activities, and the excitement of the pedestrian Rambla with all its shops and terraces. A 5-minute walk from the train station that will take you to Barcelona in 45 minutes.

Real vintage loft in downtown.

The loft, exactly in the city center, was renovated in a vintage industrial style in an 1880s building. It has a day area where the living room with balcony is located, a very sunny dining room and a complete kitchen with an authentic artisanal bar from the year 1660. The night area; with double bed, bathroom, work area and access to the chill terrace, a great place to relax at night before going to sleep after having enjoyed a great day at the beach!!

The Englishman's house

Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.

A sweet and cozy apartment

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and very central accommodation. The area is very quiet and just a 5-minute walk to leisure areas, shops, supermarkets and 15 minutes to the train station and beach and 5 minutes to the hospital. A small terrace with tables, chairs, and an awning. It has high-speed WiFi and TV in the dining room and in each room. It's a first floor apartment, just go up a few stairs.
