Apartment holiday rentals in Vila Velha

I spent almost 3 months on site and it was an excellent experience. The apartment is super well located, close to everything I needed on a daily basis. I felt at home from day one – the atmosphere is cozy, quiet and very well equipped. The host was always very proactive in communication, which made all the difference during the stay. I highly recommend and would definitely return!

The location is great! Sinara is a great host, from the beginning she was willing to answer any questions. The apartment is perfect, the view of the beach is surreal. Very quiet environment, the only noise is from the sea. We hope to return to Vila Velha and this will certainly be the first place we will look for.

Everything is perfect! The place is super cozy, clean and well located. Everything was in order when I arrived and I felt super comfortable. The host was very nice, responded quickly and helped me with what I needed. I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it! Very well located, easy access to Costa beach and Praia da Costa shopping mall, you can go on foot!!

we had a great stay! The apartment is small, but super comfortable. The rooms are a great size. The building's entrance is also very good! The only thing that bothered us a little was the strong smell that was in the apartment whenever we arrived, we don't know if it's always like that or if it was due to some maintenance. And also the G1 garage had a strong and very hot smell. We cooked every day in the apartment, and it had the basic and necessary utensils. the beds were very comfortable! The pool area has a breathtaking view. oh and we could also go shopping on foot. Great locale. We felt at home!

The Marina was a great host! The apartment was spotless! Clean and extremely organized I already had coffee powder and sugar, and as a good miner, I found a perfect treat! The perfect location! We didn't take the car out of the garage for anything! I definitely recommend it to everyone

Diego's place is wonderful, well located, super equipped, with a beautiful view, and great local leisure options and a huge mall right in front. Always very quick to answer any questions. I definitely intend to stay here again when I return to ES.

Luiz Otavio was a great host, promptly responding to questions and concerns in the most friendly manner. The apartment is well located with shops, supermarket, bakeries, the beach, and drugstores within walking distance. We arrived when it was already getting dark but the view from the porch was spectacular. Thank you for listing your property. We would also like to extend our gratitute to the security staff for always being courteous and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay.

My stay was great! The apartment is in a safe location, it is very clean, organized and with a good space. Delma was super kind and attentive throughout the stay. The apartment is very complete and close to everything, which made everyday life much easier. As points of attention, the bed made a lot of noise when moving, which bothered me a little at night, and the internet was not great. Overall, for the cost benefit, it was a good stay, I recommend it!

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. The cleaning was spotless. The location is great. Dayane is super attentive, attentive to details and has always been available. I recommend it and when I return to Vila Velha I will stay in the same space.

We had a bathroom for each room, the kitchen had the pots and equipment available. The house is technological and cosy! We will definitely recommend and return at another time!
