A truly memorable stay. The landscape was breathtaking — wildflowers, birdsong, horses, and morning mist over the valley created a dreamlike atmosphere. The spa facilities and infinity pool, set against stunning views, were especially restorative. The cabin is compact but surrounded by natural beauty. We loved waking to the sounds of birds and nearby waterfall — simply idyllic. There was occasional noise from grounds maintenance, but it didn’t detract too much from the overall impression. The host was communicative and flexible with our arrival time. Thoughtful touches like the welcome wine and chocolate cake made us feel right at home. Everything was smooth and easy, and we found some fantastic local restaurants. The surrounding area is full of charm, with quiet walks, friendly people, and views we’ll never forget. We spent our days exploring and simply soaking it all in. This place made us fall in love with Portugal — we’re already looking forward to returning. Thank you!

Le airbnb était aussi beau que décrit dans l'annonce, tout a été pensé dans les détails. Nous avons apprécié les nombreuses recommandations et la visite guidée de l'écurie offerte par Cheila. Profiter du jacuzzi en écoutant les oiseaux au milieu de la nature était incroyable. Si vous recherchez un lieu paisible où déconnecter ce lieu est fait pour vous ! Ce airbnb mérite amplement 5 étoiles même si j'ai été attaqué par le chien du propriétaire à notre arrivée, en marchant vers ce que je croyais l'endroit pour récupérer les clefs de la location. Heureusement le chien était attaché au bout d'une chaîne et je m'en suis sortie "seulement" avec quelques égratignures, des bleus et un pantalon déchiré, que Cheila m'a remboursé. Ma seule remarque serait donc d'ajouter une petite pancarte pour signaler le chien qui m'a prise par surprise. Malgré cet incident je recommanderais ce airbnb et y reviendrais avec plaisir.

A casa é espaçosa, bonita, bem decorada e tem tudo o que é preciso para uma estadia confortável. O jardim é muito agradável e rendeu uns bons serões a jogar cartas em família. A localidade é calma, mas perto de zonas bonitas para visitar (se forem de carro). Uma excelente escolha para uns dias de descanso, com a beleza do verde e do rio.

Adorámos a nossa estada, onde pudemos desfrutar da tranquilidade do espaço, da Natureza envolvente, das instalações de lazer, e a pontuar estes maravilhosos dias passados em Família, a hospitalidade e autenticidade dos anfitriões, que permitiram diferenciar esta experiência de outras do género. Fui recebido pelo David e foi muito prestável e simpático. Mostrou-se sempre pronto a ajudar se fosse preciso e mostrou o espaço e explicou o seu funcionamento.

le logement est très bien aménagé, tout est bien pensé, Netflix, petit pain le matin, nécessaire en cuisine, et jaccuzi très apprécié après une journée de randonnée. Belle piscine avec transats pour se détendre. je reviendrais

The most amazing Airbnb I have ever stayed at. So value for what it is and it was beyond our expectations. Would love to stay here again. Carlos was so responsive, flexible with check in and assisted us with different taxi options when needed. The house keepers were so lovely and helpful

Fim de semana,... Fantástico! Superou as expectativas... Tranquilidade, natureza, diversão,... tudo perfeito, uma vista maravilhosa... A Casa Rústica tem tudo para "carregar as baterias" num fim de semana. As crianças adoraram... Recomendo, muito melhor que nas fotos. Casa de sonho, local de sonho..

Nous n’avons pas pu rencontrer Nuno mais nous avons reçu toutes les informations et description du fonctionnement du bungalow en détails. Beau bungalow en bois, bien décoré avec une agréable terrasse. Un bel hôtel un peu art déco à proximité et une très belle plage. Bien situé pour pouvoir rayonner dans les environs.

Fantastic stay at Ricardo's villa! Beautiful pool and villa setup in an incredibly secluded part of the countryside. We went as a group of eight in our late twenties - we didn't have a car so Ricardo organised a taxi for us to get around that was incredibly helpful, including to get down into the village to visit the INCREDIBLE Tasquinha do Tio Miguel! We will be back! Xxx

3 nuits de rêve dans cet environnement propice au lâcher prise , village typique du parc naturel, boulangerie/épicerie ouverte tard avec un super accueil, de magnifiques randonnées à faire et un logement atypique où l on se sent à l'aise avec une vue extraordinaire. Nous recommandons ce lieu pour les amoureux des beautés naturelles.

Reservei o espaço para uma despedida de solteiro. Posso afirmar que todas as 11 pessoas ficaram extremamente contentes com a casa, disponibilidade do sr. Marcos e restante equipa, limpeza, comodidades e principalmente a localização da casa. Era exatamente o que procurávamos, para o tipo de férias que queríamos fazer. Fomos sempre muito bem aconselhados, informados, bem recebidos, não nos faltou nada. Uma terra linda, com atividades e locais de visita obrigatórios. Uma boa relação preço-qualidade para quem procura um bonito refúgio da vida de cidade. Muito obrigado. Voltaremos.

We had a wonderful stay at the Manor House in Porto! The highlight was definitely the terrace — we spent every evening out there enjoying the stunning views across the river. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a scenic and peaceful stay in Porto.

Abi and Regina are exceptional hosts who made our stay memorable. We especially enjoyed the tour of the animation museum by Abi which was fascinating The property is very lovely, the flower and vegetable gardens are incredible and the whole ambience is very relaxing. A perfect place to stay for several days. We thoroughly recommend staying here and look forward to returning

Staying at Quinta dos Moinhos was truly a dream come true for us. Not only was it the perfect setting for our wedding, but the property and the views were simply unforgettable. The home is absolutely stunning and one of a kind, nestled in a peaceful and picturesque location, with breathtaking views and a rich family history. Every detail of the home is filled with character, and you can feel the care and pride that has gone into preserving the home and the surrounding nature. Diogo was an exceptional host - warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. He even hopped on a Facetime call so we could see the property firsthand and feel more confident about our decision! Diogo is just a genuinely kind person, and from the moment we arrived he made us feel completely at ease. His hospitality and kindness were especially meaningful during such a special time in our lives. We couldn’t ask for a more special place to celebrate, and we are already looking forward to the day we can return!

Was für ein schönes Stückchen Land und was ein netter Mensch. Wir wurden direkt herzlich von Luis empfangen und viel Offenheit begrüßt. Die Tage im Appartment waren zauberhaft ruhig und schön gelegen. Für jeden der mal ruhige Tage in Nord Portugal verbringen möchte perfekt. Vielen lieben Dank.

Amazing location with incredible views. Beautiful property with great interior design and well chosen artwork, sympathetic to the original school. Thanks to Tania and Carla for the care and attention and for the outstanding breakfast each day. And for doing a shop for us on the first day before our arrival. We would definitely recommend the chef at home meal. Great food and service by the guys with traditional Portuguese dishes on offer. Fantastic stay; we didn’t want to leave….ever! Outstanding! Excellent séjour à plusieurs en famille avec enfants. Le domaine est magnifique et bien entretenu, les piscines sont agréables pour se refroidir en période de canicule. L’hospitalité est parfaite. le prix en saison peut peut être faire peur initialement mais la maison, le domaine et la gentillesse des employés le justifie. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! A Hidden Gem in Nature! We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning farmhouse! The setting is absolutely serene—surrounded by lush greenery and fresh air. The highlight for us was definitely the natural water tank. It felt like our own private spring-fed pool—so refreshing and peaceful, especially in the mornings. The farmhouse itself is beautifully maintained, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. The interiors were cozy and spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. Waking up to the sound of birds and sipping coffee on the porch while looking out over the landscape was pure magic. Our host was warm, welcoming, and very responsive, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. If you’re looking to disconnect from the hustle and reconnect with nature, this place is a dream. We can’t wait to return!

Vielen lieben Dank, Rita & João! Rechtzeitig zur Ankunft in Porto erhielten wir eine detaillierte Wegbeschreibung zu den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Wir wurden äußerst freundlich im Anwesen empfangen und erhielten die Schlüssel. Das Anwesen entspricht exakt den Bildern und es mangelte uns, während des Aufenthalts in Ventosa, an nichts. Wir haben die freie Zeit sehr genossen!
