Holiday rentals with breakfast in Vila Nova de Milfontes

excellent séjour chez José et sa famille, très sympathiques, avenants et souriants. le logement est décoré avec goût, les espaces communs sont accueillants. vila do bispo est une cité très paisible mais très bien située pour sillonner la côte et l arrière pays. il y a un super restau pizzeria à 3 pas de la maison, les magasins sont ouverts plutôt tardivement et il y a une super cuisine dans la maison.. merci José pour ta super hospitalité et la dégustation de liqueur d arbouses maison ;)

Nice view from our deck…stunning if you walk across the street. Easy walking distance to two delicious restaurants (February) Fair amount of steps to go up (~flights) if you have any mobility issues. Room was small but comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed having the extra beds in the loft. Kitchen is quite small, but was able to make a couple delicious meals. (No breakfast during winter months) Just loved this location and town. All in all, would highly recommend.

Marvin’s place was just what we were looking for. A unique apartment close to the city centre. Clean and tidy with everything we needed.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage etwas abseits der touristischen Hochbauten am Strand, der gemütliche Garten und der Jacouzi auf dem Dach, den wir auch in nächtlichen Stunden gerne benutzt haben, haben unseren Urlaub sehr bereichert. Wir können nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen dort ein paar Urlaubstage zu verbringen, wenn man bereit ist, einen etwas weiteren Weg zum sehr ausgedehnten und schönen Badestrand in Armaçao de Pera auf sich zu nehmen.

Excelente hospitalidade, pequeno almoço acima da média para espaços semelhantes. Precisão nas comodidades descritas e limpeza impecável. Fenomenal para passar uns dias em família longe da rotina frenética. Respeita todas as normas de distanciamento social imposta pela recente pandemia de COVID-19. Um espaço a voltar no futuro. Bem hajam.

We were 12 people who came together (ranging from 3- 89 years old), from across the globe and we all had a wonderful stay. It was perfect. The areas (inside and out) were large enough for us to gather together as a group, and the house was spacious enough that people could retreat to their room or area should they want to break away for some alone time. We cooked big dinners, spent hours in the pool, and played games at night. The grounds were private, filled with beautiful bougainvillea, geraniums, and hibiscus plants. There is plenty of sun and shade (outside) and ACs in the bedrooms. I would say the pictures don't do the home justice. The rooms are larger in person. The hosts were readily available to help with finding things in the home or with recommendations for things to do in the area.

Villa was fantastic, looked like the photos and clean! Location was also ideal, a lot of places in walking distance and even if it’s too far Uber cost between 5-10 euros told old town/new town and the beach! Host responded to all questions quickly as well making things easier to get by.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung und auf dem Gelände sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war super lecker. Jeden Tag frisches Obst und warmes Gebäck. Sonderwünsche wurden gerne erfüllt. Es gab sogar die richtigen Geburtstagskerzen! Die Wohnung und die Terrasse wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Bäder, insbesondere die Duschen, sind klasse. Stets freundliche Menschen, sehr gutes Essen auch am Abend. Sonnenuntergang am Pool mit Blick übers Land. Es war sehr schön!

well what can I say about Katja & Ed's appointment, it is exactly as In pictures & description, amazing welcoming host a d Katja messaged in the week to see if all was well and if we needed anything, nothing is too much trouble - we had no need to contact them as all was perfect - just minutes walk from beach & fabulous restaurants & supermarket, all in all a wonderful place to stay. Thank you so much Katja & Ed 😊

Joao’s apartment and the pool are absolutely superb with all the amenities need it.The apartment was very clean and so as the pool .Joao is an outstanding host , he was very friendly , helpful and responsive .We will definitely book again Joao’s apartment if we go back to Portimao.Thank you Joao for the way you treat us while we were in Portimao!

We stayed at the two bedroom with 4 people. It’s a great open space and has a lovely deck. Each room has its own airco so you can set your preferences. We appreciated the beach towels and umbrella. The walk to beach is about 10 min. It’s a very wide stretch so enough space and nice shops and restaurants near the beach. The old town is about an 8 min walk and has lovely shops and restaurants. We did most of our shopping at the Lidl, a few min drive away. The parking garage is a nice bonus as I can see it to be hard to park on the street in the Summer months. We only parked there once as my larger rental car with very high sensitive sensors , would drive me crazy… The spot is tight and need a few turns to get in. Street parking was always available so we chose that option. My kids accidentally locked us out and we got “rescued “ within 90 min. It was our fault but they made no fuss about it. As others said the one key can be a bit of an issue. Can recommend this place.

Loved this place! Close to the old town center, amazing beaches and more. The place was very clean and so nice. We loved every minute!

The apartment was as described. The location is fantastic. From outside the doorstep you can have a beach, a bar, or a restaurant. There are so many accessible by walking it was one of our favourite parts of the location. The walking paths and the beach allow you to explore a lot easily. And being central, it is easy to drive or Uber to other towns for additional exploration. It was great that if we explored during the day, we could park for the evening and walk to dinner, a cafe, or live music. The beach in front of the apartment is a bit quieter and very nice, and you can easily get to other beaches in a short walk, if you wish. The apartment has a wonderful, large balcony with a view of the ocean and a spot to watch the sunset. The amenities allowed us to prepare some breakfasts and snacks in the apartment. Parking was easy. Paulo and Marcia were prompt in responding to questions and super easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

Hôtes très accueillant, à notre écoute. Logement très propre avec un petit déjeuner copieux et excellent avec produits maison. Et la présence de deux petits chats.

Alles top. Leider keine Heizung, aber stand auch nicht in der Beschreibung. Sehr zufrieden und sehr nah am Strand und an den Clubs.

It's located in a 5 stars hotel and this flat has a privileged view over the swimming pool and the sun shines there basically all day long as it's south facing. One of the reasons I booked in this location was because of its gym, which a lot better equipped than I could foresee, was a very good surprise. I recommend whomever books this flat to also hire a car because the closest minimarket it's about 15 mins walk away. Antonio is a very nice guy and I totally recommend his flat for your stay.

Had a wonderful stay! Anna was a fantastic host — so warm and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and such a nice touch. The place was spotless, in a great location, and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful place to stay with such kind hosts. Everything was perfect, so clean, peaceful, we felt right at home. Highly recommend this place if visiting Lagos. We would love to come back again.

A wonderful stay and experience! Sandrine is a fantastic host and she and Olivier couldn't have been kinder. The lodging is beautiful, natural, and pure. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable, and the space very private. The breakfasts were top of the line, too. Most highly recommended!

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé . Si vous avez besoin d'un moment de détente et de déconnexion , c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut. Par contre , veillez à vous munir d'un véhicule de location car le quartier n'est pas bien desservi par les transports en commun et la maison se situe au bout d'un chemin en terre qui est difficile d'accès par certains chauffeurs Uber. Mariana a été une hôtesse aux petits soins ☺️

Diese Unterkunft ist ein wirklicher Traum! Die beiden Gastgeber sind warmherzlich, freundlich und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist ein wirkliches High-Light - allein dafür würde sich eine Übernachtung lohnen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Garten ein wirkliches Paradies. Ich würde jedem empfehlen hier zu übernachten, wenn man in der Gegend um Salema unterwegs ist. Wunderschöne Strände sind zu Fuß und mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Un lugar maravilloso si buscas desconexión y naturaleza. Todo muy bonito y cuidado con mucho amor y detalle. Los anfitriones han estado pendiente todo el rato para que nuestra estancia fuera lo más agradable posible. Hemos viajado con niños y ha sido genial verlos saltar en la piscina, jugar con los perritos y recorrer todo ese espacio natural. El desayuno delicioso y la pizza party todo un éxito. El lugar es totalmente recomendable. La única “pega” es que es un camino complicado para llegar y está algo alejado de pueblos y playas cercanas (unos 30 min hasta Vilanova). Pero con las instrucciones que nos dieron llegamos bien. Sin duda repetiremos si surge la oportunidad!!

Dominique was a super host and helpful with restaurants etc. He drove us to our restaurant outside the town which we had reserved. The b&b was beautifully presented and pristine throughout. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast in a most beautiful setting on the terrace. We did not get to meet Caroline who was away during our visit. Very highly recommend to stay here if you are visiting Silves. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality. Remmie and Mary
