Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Vila Nova de Gaia

Notre séjour s’est parfaitement bien passée. La maison est idéalement située à proximité de la plage. Séjour très agréable et Ruca au petit soin. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Cristina and her husband Joaquin met us at the apartment and welcomed us like family. Cristina's personal touches, fresh flowered from her garden, robes, slippers and her warm and welcoming energy were just lovely. Joaquin gave us an incredible rundown on the map of the area. Cristina checked in with us regularly and made us feel like we had family nearby. The apartment is quite spacious. highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Porto at Clara’s beautiful home. It was spacious, comfortable, and gave us a chance to experience the city as if we were locals. Clara was a thoughtful and generous host who made us feel truly welcome. One of the highlights of our trip was the evening she arranged for us at a traditional Fado restaurant - an unforgettable experience! Highly recommended.

Die Wohnung war klasse! Sie liegt in der Nähe des Meeres, und kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Für größere Einkäufe im Dorf ist es am besten, ein Auto oder Uber zu nutzen. Um nach Porto zu gelangen, braucht man etwa eine Stunde zu Fuß oder eine Busverbindung. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war top, ich kann mich nicht beklagen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Josué. Le logement correspond exactement à la description et est idéalement situé pour visiter Porto. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin, la piscine, l’accueil et l’assistance des parents de Josue et, tout particulièrement lors de la panne d’électricité qui a touché la zone pendant plus de 8 heures ! Grâce au BBQ, les restaurants restant fermés faute d’électricité, nous avons pu faire des grillades et nourrir notre famille de 10 personnes…nos petits-enfants ont eux aussi bien apprécié la présence sympathique du poney, des chèvres et du cochon dans les enclos du jardin. Nous recommandons ce logement bien sympa.

Die Lage ist wirklich fantastisch, wobei man am Wochenende bei schönem Wetter nicht vor 0 Uhr schlafen gehen kann. Das Treiben auf der Promenade geht manchmal bis in die frühen Morgenstunden.

I would highly recommend this unit. It is a 5 min walk to the beach, less tourist, quiet and only 15-20 min away from the city center. For me it was the ideal location. The host are very friendly and they focus on a positive experience for their guest.

Fabulous views-probably the best the area has to offer! We loved staying on this side of the river-there is still a lot to do/great restaurants, but very easy to walk to the Porto attractions. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and attentive-in fact, they provided us with a whole list of recommendations on check in. This third floor apartment does get rather warm on hot days, despite having strong fans and open windows-it’s something to consider although the lack of AC is well advertised. Amazing place!

Everything was fantastic. The place was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the lighting and layout made it feel welcoming and relaxing. The outdoor space is a real highlight. The location is phenomenal, right in the heart of things yet peaceful. I know Porto very well, and this stay is easily at the top of my list. Highly recommended!

Sehr schönes Apartment, mit ruhigem Schlafzimmer und schöner Einrichtung.

MIt etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit an die Instandhaltung wäre dies ein absoltutes Top-Loft und Unterkunft. Für den Preis haben wir gerne über kleine Mängel (verschmutzte Gartemöbel und eine lose Tapetenbahn) hinweggesehen. Alles weitere war sehr gut und daher kann ich die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.

Sofia’s place is centrally located and walkable to all the sites. It is a popular street with many restaurants and stores. It is well equipped with everything you need. Sofia was a wonderful host . She allowed us to check in early and was always available if we needed assistance. Porto is a beautiful city and being near all the sights and the waterfront made it a memorable stay.

Great appartment. Very nice with a balcony - view to backyards but quiet. Less than 10 minutters walk from metro station with direct line to the airport. Reasonable walking distance to the citycenter. We recommend Restaurant Roma very close to the appartment - a real local place to eat. Elisabeth was very easy to communicate with, if we come back to Porto, we will be staying at her again 😊

staying here was a fabulous experience! florinda & liliana are incredible hosts with a lovely place. we started off our stay in porto with some terrible timing but liliana was amazingly helpful and responsive with our ever changing check in time. the location itself is truly in the heart of porto, and everything is easily walkable. we stayed during the são joão festival, and even with the throngs of people outside the door, when it finally came time for sleep we were comfy and cool inside the beautiful apartment. thank you for a very memorable stay. 🖤

The apartment was brilliant. Such a great space and immaculate. The area is the best and so many nice places to eat and drink within 5 minutes walk. I highly recommend this apartment. And the Wed balcony is a nice extra and gets the sun for a few hours mid afternoon.

Absolutely one of the best Air BnB’s I’ve rented. Ricardo was a super responsive host. He met us at check-in, provided recommendations for the area and was very responsive. The apartment was clean, central to all the major sites AND on a very quiet street.

What a view, great hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Public transport is fab, with great local shops. We would go past all the folk on Jardin de Morro waiting for the sunset and go up to our own private view. Great week, great place.

If we could have we would put 6 stars! Porto is very beautiful and we come back to the same apartment in the future !

The apartment is a delight from the moment you walk in. It is beautifully decorated and feels like a home. Great bathroom with amazing rain shower and hot water. Bedroom and kitchen and living areas are all well presented and equipped with all you need and with lots of additional touches. Very quiet for sleeping, and great air conditioning in bedroom and living area. Great location to explore Porto, and don’t even have to walk very far at all, including a great cafe next door, to find lovely eating places. Pedro was a wonderful host in every way.

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Pasamos 4 días muy agradables en el apartamento, que está muy bien situado en el centro de Matosinhos y cuenta con todo tipo de negocios cerca (también la playa!). Está muy bien para una pareja o una persona sola. Y Fernando, el anfitrión, te dará toda la información necesaria para disfrutar de tu estancia, y estará pendiente para resolver cualquier asunto que sirva para hacer aún más satisfactorio tu viaje. En resumen, una gran experiencia!

Fantastic spot with views of the water. Very airy, beautiful flat in Mira Gaia and walking distance to the Dom Luis bridge, Clerigos area and Sao Bento train station. (Just be ready for the hills! There is a set of escalators down the river, though not all seem to work all at one time for whatever reason.) Just a few minutes from multiple bus stops and a local market. Quiet area since it is on a dead end street and comfortable beds with all the needed amenities. Highly recommended!

Daniel is extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and very quick responses. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend any of Daniel's private tours which are much more personal. if we return to Porto we would definitely stay here again.
