We really enjoyed our stay at Tue’s house. It is a great size with good bedrooms and plenty of living space. Ideal for our family of 7. The house is well equipped with plenty to do - swimming pool, bikes, pool table, large garden etc. The local area is very quiet with a good beach and some nice local walks. The weather wasn’t great while we were there, which was unfortunate and meant we couldn’t make full use of the pool etc. but it was great on the sunny days. It could perhaps be improved with some soft covers for the sun beds and maybe another sun umbrella. All in all though we had a great stay.

Really beautiful home with stunning views, absolutely loved our stay here thanks for having us. Fully equipped kitchen and the space is absolutely gorgeous throughout. Brilliant outdoor area for dining and sunbathing. Garden and pool in full sunshine whenever you want to use them but a nice shaded area for dining. Only slight disappointment was the home did not have air con as advertised (it was underfloor heating) so we were quite hot at night and struggled to sleep. The heating system was adjusted and our host provided fans for each bedroom to try and help cool the house. Overall fantastic property.

We had a great time in Afife and enjoyed our stay at Joaos place. The location was very quiet (except the Honda shop across the street in the daytime) and Afife has not much to offer, which was okay for us but should be known in advance if you plan on eating outside. Porto is great to be reached by train and the beach is very close. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms there’s enough space for a big group and everything was very comfortable. The pool was open already and was cleaned during our stay. The only thing which I would point out on the negative side is that when we arrived it smelled a bit mouldy, probably due to the rainy weather and the fact that 3 of the bathrooms don’t have windows. The staircase to the lower part of the house is very steep. That’s a fact you should know when travelling with small kids. Joao was perfect to contact and always responded quickly whenever there were any questions. Thanks for having us. We would totally recommend to stay at his place.

Beautiful home with amazing views. Comfortable, well designed, recently constructed and super clean. The kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation. There are spectacular views over the lake from almost every room. The house stayed cool during the warm May weather; no air-conditioning was needed. The Host Mari provided helpful directions (I recommend using map coordinates) and recommendations for grocery store and restaurants. There are two access roads to the house from N-554; we found it easiest to arrive from the north and depart via the south access road. The neighborhood is quiet and people were friendly. We look forward to returning!

We really enjoyed spending a few days at André's house. Close to the village center, but in a quiet area with an incredible view. The terrace/balcony is spectacular and the pool is great for the kids and has all the safety conditions. Without a doubt, repeating.

The house is even better than the pictures We were a weekend with friends for a wedding and it was excellent. Spacious house, very comfortable common areas and very large garden with swimming pool and BBQ area and very nice gazebo It allowed us to check out late the day to go and enjoy a great pool day. Highly recommended

Very happy with the accommodation and Rui's service. The house is very cozy and has a garden and pool. We celebrated a birthday with a group of people and everyone was very comfortable and delighted. Rui lives next door, so it's very easy to communicate with him if you need anything. A recommendation, bring mosquito repellent. In the late afternoon a good number of them appear and attack, which is a pleasure. Otherwise, everything was great.

We had a great three-day stay. The place was private, with a spacious bedroom, balcony, and two bathrooms. It was perfect for our dog — we could walk him off-leash in the village. We all enjoyed drinking the cool, fresh water from the mountain fountain! The lake access was a nice bonus. The host was very welcoming and gave great local recommendations. A relaxing and comfortable stay overall! :)

This was by far the most luxurious and cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail and the little extras (for example… crisp white dressing gowns, cake and wine on arrival) were really appreciated. The views are amazing, somewhere totally different to the norm but we loved every minute.

Very nice and nice place. Very well equipped, exceeded expectations. Very helpful host and always made us feel comfortable for any clarification. He left some very good homemade eggs and the barbecue was well equipped and with very good quality material for cooking the food. The accommodation has everything you will need for a fantastic and comfortable vacation.

Wonderful, very quiet area. The house is cared for in detail, it has a terrace where you can have breakfast, the garden is beautiful.

The apartment is just like the photos. It's beautiful. The host is available at all times for any problems you may have. It has supermarkets very close and the Tui outlet. We will definitely stay here again.

We have been five days, four couples, and we have all left delighted, both with the house and with Rosa and Pepe, who are two wonderful people. The house far exceeds the photos you see, the views are spectacular, the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and the kitchen is not lacking in details. We'd love to come back as soon as I can. We spent an Easter vacation in the house and were completely delighted. With clear instructions, we had no trouble getting to the right place. It should be borne in mind that the house number is written on the gate to the left of the entrance gate. Communication with the host was impeccable. The house is spacious and very cozy, beautifully equipped and furnished, there is a garage, a garden and a backyard with a grill. A large supply of dishes, coffee makers for every taste, comfortable furniture, everything you need for comfort. We are very happy that we chose this place and hope to return!

At the beginning of June 2025, we spent a week in the cozy Tiny House of Clarisse & Manuel. The garden is beautiful, as is the surrounding area with village, fields, sea coast and forest. Praia de Paco is a very beautiful natural beach. Our hosts were very friendly & pleasant. The orange cake is a dream! Muito obrigado😀! We are on vacation without a car. The few connections of the local train were enough for us. Arrival and departure by taxi from Viana do Castrlo worked perfectly. Beatrice and Luzi

We stayed a week at Lucia's place and we really liked the house, the surroundings and especially Lúcia's attention. If you want to rest in a quiet area in the middle of the mountain, with quick accesses to the highway to visit Porto, Playas de Viana do Castelo , Braga, Guimaraes...etc, this is your ideal accommodation. The accommodation has everything you need for a couple or family with children. Highlight the garden outdoor area, ideal for eating or dining in the heart of nature. Beautiful modern Villa with all of the amenities we could have wanted. Great bedrooms and modern bathrooms, lovely 10m pool and stunning view. Marta was very helpful if we ever needed anything and had great recommendations.

Wonderful stay. We stayed 5 nights, 2 adults and 2 children. The Lugar a wonder, beautiful urbanization, atop a mountain in nature, the common places with great taste, an amazing pool with another little one for small children, with comfortable hammocks, bathrooms with super clean showers. Minutes from the center of Vilanova da Cerveira,very close to Caminha, beaches and Viana do Castelo The house is a wonder, with a view of the mouth of the Miño that you die, from the garden, equipped with hammocks, umbrella and table with chairs. The beautiful interior, cared for, more than equipped kitchen, large living room but very cozy with windows to the garden, spacious rooms with large closets and very comfortable beds, both the perfect toilet and bathroom. To put some but just replenish the light bulbs on the stairs, which did not work and change the lamp in the dining room that had humidity. Special mention to María, who welcomed us and was pending. Very nice little apartment. With a very friendly host. He prepared a little something for us for breakfast and we had a bottle of wine for the evening. All in all, I highly recommend it.

What a WONDERFUL stay at this charming farmhouse! From the moment we arrived it was perfect! The property is so beautiful with its lovely gardens, fruit trees & the view of the mountains. We spent the majority of our time, when we were not out exploring, enjoying the pool & having all our dinners outside under the covered outdoor grilling area. We took advantage of the grill & enjoying pizza (yes, there is a fabulous pizza oven!). The house was so comfortable, clean & the kitchen had everything we needed & more. Carlos & Christina are stunning hosts....so kind & friendly & gave us so many suggestions of what to do in the area...restaurants, villages, waterfalls, etc. We CAN'T WAIT to return! Obrigada for a wonderful stay! (note - if you are driving be mindful as directly accessing the property can be tight if you have a larger car)

The experience at Dulce's family home was very positive and pleasant. Both she and her son Roberto were very attentive and kind before and during the stay. They gave us very good suggestions and recommendations. We really liked the house and the outdoor space, both very well kept and clean. The view is beautiful and we highlight the tranquility both day and night. The kitchen was very well equipped, there was even a good albariño in the fridge waiting for us. We recommend this accommodation.
