Anna's place was beautiful and homely. Perfectly clean and the view of the sea made it extra special for us. We loved the little touches like the art work and seaside theme. Although some have mentioned the stairs- they are really easy and not steep at all so you wouldnt have a problem with this unless you couldnt use stairs normally. The stairs mean you have the brilliant view. Anna replied to my questions quickly and with really helpful tips and recommendations. Overall we loved it and would defo return. Thanks Anna.

Michelle was super helpful. The view from the kitchen was amazing, there are lots of cutlery and glasses available and she even has games like Jenga, Operation and Uno which are great for evenings in.

Anna was a speedy commmunicator, sharing lots of comprehensive and helpful information and responding really quickly to any queries. We had a lovely stay. Great accommodation and very centrally located close to the beach and all the local cafes, bars and restaurants. Thank you x

I came along with my family on a 3 day vacation and we enjoyed it so much! Fiona was very present and quick to reply to any questions I had! Very helpful and very kind! The only little detail or advice I would give is to include a full body mirror as there were 3 girls and wanted to look in the mirror before leaving the house haha but it is not a huge deal. We had a fantastic stay at this air bnb. The location is perfect and the space is brilliant. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. Paul is a great host who communicated really well and was very helpful. We went with our dog, our son (who is under two) and father in law. Everything was spot on. Will definitely be back. A fantastic property to explore broadsides from.

First class experience from the start of booking process to check out. Stunning apartment in a fabulous location, spotlessly clean with welcome fizz, orange juice and milk in the fridge. Communications with Wendy were excellent as were the instruction to find and enter the property. One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in!

We had a short 4 night break at Walpole Heights to get away from London and switch off from work. The apartment was immaculately presented and a great spot to access the beach and local area. Free on-street parking right outside the apartment for the two cars was also useful. The apartment is spacious and tasefully decorated. We (including the dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At night it is very quiet. On arrival we went across the road to the Walpole Bay Hotel and sat on the terrace for afternoon tea. A perfect location!

Great property and host.

Nice and relaxing place. Very well equipped especially the kitchen area. Welcoming big basket, even milk and butter in the fridge and ice cream. A little bit more cleaning needed and carpets especially. But a great ans beautiful place to stay, very friendly and communicative hosts.

Great property. Pics don’t do it justice. We really felt at home. Super close to the beach and park for the dogs. So many amenities, even a spare toothbrush - which i had forgotten at home. Thank you for having us.

The apartment was very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The wood-burning stove and the terrace with its peaceful view were definite highlights.

Such a lovely apartment in a great location. Janey was a brilliant host, very friendly, flexible and responsible. All in all totally faultless.

Great location by the sea (enjoyed the reclining couch and the view of the beach!) and short walk to tidal pool, seaside sauna, and many nice cafes etc. Enjoyed the decor a lot and how well stocked the kitchen was. In some ways, quite a well loved and lived in place - but for many that could add to the charm! For our trip, that added to the holiday weekend feel and had a fabulous time!

Spent a weekend in Ramsgate for a friend's wedding, and Amanda's flat was the perfect base - clean, tidy, with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely outdoor space. Short walk into town, close to all attractions, and only about 5-10 mins from the main station. Would definitely come back! Amanda was very responsive to messages and provided really clear check in instructions

Meg’s place is very well located close to the beach and town area. We really enjoyed the sauna and playing mini golf right outside. We would stay again if we came to Margate.

Susan’s place was gorgeous! The balcony off the bedroom is a definite highlight! High ceilings and great views. Lovely location! We absolutely adored our stay - I suggest you bring beach towels as the ocean swims are great but we didn’t want to use the 2 available bath towels in the sand, especially without laundry access and 4 nights stay. You won’t have a bad time in margate - easy walk along the ocean to old town and plenty to do! Loved our stay!

Amazing last minute stay! Amenities and extras were brilliant, had everything we needed and more. As for the flat itself, it was very spacious, homely and so much natural light. The views were the selling point and they didn’t disappoint! Nikki was a great host, responded fast and would do anything to make the stay special. Can’t wait to return!

Seastay’s property at Ramsgate is quite unique. The wall facing the sea is all glass floor to ceiling. As you walk into the kitchen in the morning you encounter the sun reflecting off the sea; it’s breathtaking and deserves a five star review for this alone. The property is part of a block of about 15 apartments which are quiet, there was never any competition for the lift and rare to see anyone in the corridors. Ramsgate beach is delightful, without the crowds of Broadstairs or Margate. It’s my new favourite beach in Thanet and better still, only ten steps away from seaview’s front door. It’s not the cheapest place to stay in Ramsgate, but it’s worth every penny. A super responsive host should also get a mention- providing advice and responding generally within 20-30 minutes, even late at night, which wasn’t necessary but was appreciated

The flat was in a great location and easy to walk to wherever we needed. Aside from having a beautiful interior, the views over the sea were also stunning. Edward also very kindly let us check in early which ended up being a big help, so thank you!

Such a gorgeous apartment - home away from home. Nice location too with the views spectacular. A walk into Margate and then did a big walk to Broadstairs which was fab. Will def visit again.
