Spacious kitchen with induction stovetop, fan, oven, microwave, dishwasher & complete kitchen equipment. Bathroom with toilet, shower, washer & dryer as well as extra toilet room. Bed linens & towels are included. Cleaning is done by the guest before checkout. 25 minutes to Romme Alpin & Lugnet's sports facilities.

Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. One double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 persons. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also space for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, water boiler, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of 200 SEK for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to carry out a fine cleaning before you check out.

Newly built house/cottage with a private jetty for rent at Lake Vällan in Falun. In the summer you can enjoy swimming and sun. It has a rowboat and SUPs that allow for trips out to Vällan. During winter there are opportunities for both long-distance skates and cross-country skis as the track and tracks are prepared if weather and underlay allow. The house is about 50m2 and accommodates small kitchen, dining area, sofa with TV, full bathroom and bedroom. In the back of the house there is a washing machine, dishwasher and storage.

We have renovated our farmhouse with knowledge of building care, environment and sustainability. The beautiful colours of the egg oil temperature adorn the walls and genuine linseed oil paint is a matter of course in a house from the late 1800s. Nice tiled stoves warm up nicely and the kitchen is large and spacious The farm is surrounded by beautiful nature, lake view with proximity to comfortable forest walks with marked trails and sandy beach for swimming. The house is located close to the towns of Falun and Borlänge.

Med bil når ni Romme Alpin eller Borlänge Centrum på 12 minuter. Även många andra vackra sevärdheter och naturreservat finns i närheten som till ex. Gyllbergen, Turistvägen Silverringen. We can't recommend this place enough - Erik and Daniella are so so nice, friendly and helpful without in any way being too much, we felt right at home. The cottage is so cosy, was just perfect for us and we would definitely come back. The lake is two minutes walk away and lovely for swimming, gorgeous forest is ten minutes walk away and there are really handy buses into town. The neighbourhood is lovely and peaceful. We were there in the spring/summer and would love to be there in the winter as well.

Great accommodation – spacious enough for a family of four, super-clean, and perfectly equipped. The hosts were very friendly and attentive to every detail. Both the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with thoughtful amenities, making our stay even more comfortable. We were warmly welcomed with a personal note and chocolates for the kids – such a lovely touch! It truly felt like staying in a five-star hotel. A fantastic experience all around.

We stayed with Erik on a Friday - Sunday in June during Falu summer cup (soccer). We were two adults and a 12-year-old. We were greeted by Erik and his wife who were very nice and showed us around the accommodation. It's really a nice place to stay! It's so cozy and quiet. Erik explained the walk to the beach (at "bathrobe distance"). The sofa is large and comfortable to sleep on (the 12-year-old slept well). Great and nice kitchen area with everything needed to be able to cook. All windows had roller blinds, which was a big plus as it was really sunny and hot this weekend - we could have them down during the day so it was cool and nice when we got back to the room. Luxurious that it included bed linen and towels! We would love to come back here again :)

We arrived and felt right at home. The house is a dream and the lake right next to it is a great way to explore nature by kayaks or boat. All in all, we had a great time and will be happy to come back. :)
