Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vijfheerenlanden

The house is in the heart of an old village centre surrounded by water which gives it a private feel even though it is at the edge of a city. There’s a huge lounge and private space outside.

We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad met onze familie, 2 kinderen en 2 tieners erbij. Ondanks de regen prima binnen vermaakt met pool-en tennistafel, heerlijke sauna en zelfs het zwembad was al open. Prima slaapkamers en goed ingerichte keuken. Contact verliep via Eisha, was heel snel en prettig. We komen graag terug! Hopelijk volgende keer mooi weer om ook te kunnen genieten van de tuin.

Die in der Innenstadt gelegene Unterkunft zeichnet sich durch eine ruhige Lage aus. Das große Wohn- und Esszimer lädt mit bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Verweilen ein. Auf der Rückseite gibt es einen blickgeschützten Außenbereich mit weiteren Sitzmöbeln, in dem man das schöne Wetter genießen kann. Die Kontaktaufnahme war unkompliziert und höflich und der Check-In über die Schlüsselbox funktioniert problemlos.Die geräumige Unterkunft lässt insgesamt keine Wünsche offen.

A beautiful renovated house that feels the energy of love wherever you go. Modern, comfortable and warm. It is equipped with the best and finest equipment. It was a very comfortable stay for 10 days. Everything is available. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Fast internet and car parking. There are air conditioning units in the bedrooms and a charming garden. The owner of the house, Valérie, is nice and loves to provide assistance and is quick. The response when communicating with her I highly recommend living in their house

der Aufenthalt in mikes Unterkunft war einfach super...die Unterkunft selber ist fast neu, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und wunderschön. Mike ist ein sehr netter zuvorkommender Gastgeber der bei fragen immer erreichbar ist. Danke Mike für die schönen Tage bei dir :-)

We hebben het ontzettend goed naar ons zin gehad in het huisje van Willem. De locatie is prachtig, typisch Nederlands dijklandschap, het heeft de rust van het platteland en er is vanalles te doen. Zeker voor een gezin met kinderen is Willem’s plek zeer geschikt, er staat een trampoline in de tuin, spelletjes in de kast. Er is een voetbalveldje en zwembadje tegenover het huis aan de andere kant van de dijk. En de Linge zelf natuurlijk om in varen of zwemmen. Het huis was ruim en gezellig ingericht. Door het rieten dak goed geïsoleerd en dus relatief vrij koel als het buiten warm is. Willem was een uitstekende gastheer. Goede communicatie, vriendelijk, flexibel en met een persoonlijke touch. De volgende keer als we mijn familie in Nederland bezoeken zoek ik direct op of het huisje weer beschikbaar is.

Es war alles in allem ein wundervoller und sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war klein und doch sehr gemütlich, es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Hof an sich ist sehr hübsch und gepflegt, man findet viele gemütliche Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, die Seele einfach baumeln zu lassen, aber auch in der unmittelbaren Umgebung ist es ähnlich schön. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit, sehr zu empfehlen ist der hauseigene Apfel -Birnensaft, mit dem wir uns zur Abreise ordentlich eindeckten. Wer das Auto stehen lassen möchte, hat fußläufig eine gute Busanbindung Richtung Utrecht, jedoch lädt die Gegend sehr zum Fahrradfahren ein. In der Nähe sind viele sehr schöne kleine und idyllische Dörfer und Kleinstädte, auch Utrecht ist mit dem Fahrrad nur eine knappe Stunde entfernt. Wir waren mehr als begeistert und freuen uns schon, wiederkommen zu dürfen.

Great house. We felt very comfortable all around. Nice, uncomplicated landlady. House very clean and spacious. Everything as described with large, open living / dining area and upstairs the 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). We didn't miss anything and we would love to come back.

Absolutely loved our stay in the Canal house! Could not have been more ideal for our family. Location was perfect, so relaxing too sit outside the door and watch the boats, kayaks and ducks float by.

Dit is een heerlijke plek voor wie van rust en stilte houdt. De studio is ruim en je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt: goed ingerichte keuken, prima bedden, grote douche. Het terrasje aan de rivier is zalig en de omgeving nodigt uit tot urenlang wandelen en fietsen.

Diederik‘s flat was fantastic for our trip to Utretch. A very quiet neighborhood with lovely old homes and surroundings. Exactly what we needed for our first trip with our little one. The apt is spacious and has all you need. Only downside is the stairs between floors are a bit more tight/narrow/steep than they appear in the photos. So be careful if you have a little one. Otherwise we loved our stay at his place. Its a great getaway.

We loved our time in this artsy, welcoming and charming little spot! Lex and Sylvie were very responsive and helpful, checking in and also leaving some great nibbles in the kitchen (fruit, juice, yogurt, cheese, jam, butter and much more!) They also gave us a heads up about the Utrecht Pride event, which is not to be missed if you can be there for it. The boat parade goes right down the lovely canal right outside the door. We loved walking around the neighborhood, with great restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was the perfect space for our two adults and one teen and we took advantage of sitting out front along the canal every single day. It’s an older building and you can hear the floorboards upstairs but it was never an issue for sleeping because Lex and Sylvie didn’t seem to be night owls. I would love to come back someday!

I had a wonderful 7 days at Nanda’s apartment. It was very comfortable, lots of light, quiet, and easy to access the city by bike (primary for me), bus and foot. Nanda was very responsive and kind. If you are new to the Netherlands, know that the train outside of the apartment comes once an hour (it goes to a fantastic railway museum that you can walk to) and is whisper quiet, so if you wonder if it’s loud to be near train tracks, it isn’t at all as the trains are electric. The morning and evening light is plentiful and I just had a very lovely stay. The kitchen also is very functional and I did most of my meals in the apartment. Overall really great stay.

Great accomodations and a wonderful host. made us feel at home. would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Ik heb een zeer goed verblijf gehad. Het is een leuk, ruim en karaktervol appartement. Alles is netjes en schoon. Jonathan is een erg vriendelijke host en communiceert goed!

we really enjoyed our stay and time in the Netherlands. thanks to mionne we had a very beautiful place to stay at too (even though the typical dutch stairs were a challenge 😅). the apartment looks exactly how it is described. clean and cozy just like home 💖

The apartment is in a great, vibrant neighborhood only minutes from the downtown. It is spacious with plenty of light. Rein is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Super Haus in toller, ruhiger Lage, ganz nah und fussläufig zum Zentrum. Ausblick ins Grüne, direkt auf die Gracht. Tolle Dachterasse und eine weitere Terrasse am Wohnraum (wird wohl gerade neu gemacht), leider haben wir ein Wochenende mit Dauerregen erwischt. Wir waren zu dritt, jede von uns hatte ein Zimmer mit genügend Platz. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Tolles Shampoo, sogar Conditioner und duftendes Duschgel. Die halbe Kulturtasche kann schon mal zu Hause bleiben. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit Wouter hat super und freundlich geklappt . Kommen gerne wieder

We were very happy with our stay. The place is spacious and extremely well located—perfect for exploring the area. The host communicated clearly and shared helpful information, which made everything easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation is not very soundproof, you have to be very careful with the sound, but overall it was worth it for our activity

Wij verbleven hier als tussenstop in onze wandeltocht over de Utrechtse heuvelrug. Perfecte locatie, het huisje was erg schoon en netjes en heel fijn dat je een eigen tuintje hebt. Prima bedden en 2 kussen verschillend in zachtheid zodat er voor ieder wat wils is. Voor wie op zoek is naar een makkelijk, lekker en gezonde maaltijd in de buurt, probeer zeker de toko op ongeveer 150 meter lopen!

Wir haben vier Nächte hier verbracht und waren vollends zufrieden. Es war sehr gemütlich, super gelegen und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Perfekt, um Utrecht zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung war super, alles sauber und Lucas sehr aufmerksam. Klare Empfehlung!
