Romain had already been very friendly before our arrival, but as soon as we set foot in the accommodation, we felt the human warmth emanating from the walls! A home that is not only impeccable and well furnished but also full of small details that make you feel welcome (sheets that smell good AND ironed, a little welcome note, some candy...). Thanks to Romain for all this, it allowed us to feel comforted as we came to Nantes for the hospitalization of a loved one.

We had a great week at the accommodation and felt completely comfortable. Hubertina and Bernard are very pleasant hosts, you feel at home. The little cottage is very cozy and stylishly furnished, everything is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped, we often cooked. The stairs to the bedroom have narrow steps and are steep, so you have to be careful. There is a lot to discover in the area and we got great tips. We are more than happy to recommend.

The accommodation is very nice, there is everything you need to have a good stay. Communication with Yves is very smooth.

We loved staying in Alexandrine’s guest house! So much love was put into the space, which is felt in every detail. She curated books for our child and equipped us with everything we needed during our stay. We were warmly welcomed by Alexandrine and her children and received some very helpful recommendations for a trip to the beach. We’d always stay here again if we come back to the area. the accommodation was very quiet, peaceful, all along the Loire, a beautiful environment, even more beautiful than in the photos. Pierre and Brigitte are exceptional hosts with their hospitality, discretion and responsiveness. Location in the middle of nature, easy to access by car and with public transport and bike path to the city center.

We booked Rodrigue's accommodation for one night, it's a very nice building with a large and beautiful exterior... We didn't have time to enjoy it, too bad! Very good communication with the host for a flexible check-in. Just a small note about the stairs, if you come with children, you will have to go up and down with them if they are in the upstairs rooms Otherwise the interior is very cozy, practical and very nicely renovated.

Although I only spent one night at Pascale's, I will remember the little touches left, such as the fruits and madeleines for breakfast, which bring a real little extra pleasure to an already very clean and complete accommodation!

Super cozy and well thought-out small apartment, bathroom and kitchen great, separate toilet (unfortunately loud, so rather difficult at night) Bed quality super good, pull-out sofa, cool wallpaper / wall design, nice ambience. Everything great! Only: unfortunately quite loud street :( And: for the stairs to the 1st floor with luggage, you have to be sure-footed. In total: great and the communication with the landlords was perfect !!!

The listing was as described and well equipped, including the kitchen. I enjoyed the view of the Erdre and the private parking space which are a real plus for an apartment in town. I recommend it! Cécile is welcoming, friendly and accommodating! Small downsides: the elevator button to go to the basement was broken which involved going around from the outside to go to the garage and the soundproofing is not great especially in the living room.

We had a lovely stay at this place as described. The apartment was clean, nice and well located. Communication with the host was excellent, always responsive and attentive. It was a little hot inside during our stay, the air circulation being quite limited, but it did not spoil our experience. We leave with very good memories and recommend this accommodation without hesitation!

We have often stayed in Nantes, but we have never seen such a quiet accommodation. We slept with the window open, there was no noise (yet it was the music festival). The apartment is very well located, clean and well decorated. We recommend++

Pleasant stay in Cécile's apartment Easy access from the train station (10 min walk max.), in a quiet residential area - close to the city center and main amenities. Ideal for a short stay in Nantes! A big thank you to Cécile who also allowed us to enter the premises well before the scheduled arrival time - as we were on site in the morning. A nice gesture! I recommend it!

Francine is a very kind host, she goes out of her way to communicate clearly and ensure you have everything you need. As there were no shops open nearby (and we were cycling) we bought some food and Francine set up a table in the garden for us. The apartment is very homely and well equipped with many small touches that make your stay enjoyable... a breakfast tray, ice cubes in the freezer, a fan, extra drinks on offer. The house is right by the cycle path, and you can swim in the lake after cycling all day. A perfect overnight stay!

The accommodation is well-equipped, easy to access. Public transport is relatively close, about 500 m away. 2 bakeries nearby, 30 m for one and 100 m for the other. Instructions are clear. Importance of having a closed parking lot. I would this property.

Excellent week spent with my girlfriend! Perfect welcome and clean accommodation upon our arrival. If we thought we had a problem with the shutters that let a little light in, Nadette and her friend arrived the next day to put a curtain in it! Quiet place, close to everything + a swimming pool for a very reasonable price. Thank you Nadette! ☺️

This was the 2nd time we'd stayed in this apartment, and it was just as good as our last visit - it's spotlessly clean, and in a great location. Patricia is an excellent host : very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent stay. Smiling and pleasant welcome, responsive and agile. Ideal family accommodation with lots of little extras (games, books, toilet reducer, kitchen equipment, etc.). Tastefully decorated, pleasant and practical, feet in the water! We will definitely come back ;-)
