Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

2 minutes to the beach, 2 meters to the forrest

Cozy and nice summer house (79 sqr. meters). Close proximity to the beach and the forrest. Last house on the street before the beach, and only 200 meters to Denmark's best and very child friendly beach. Large southern terrace with lots of opportunities to enjoy the sun, nature and the silence. The living room has a woodturning stove with windows, as well as a heating pump and air conditioning. The house is somewhat secluded and there is no noice. The house is non-smoking house.

Huset er beliggende idylisk og roligt 1.5 kilometer fra Rørvig havn hvor der er masser af liv og indkøbsmuligheder. Nyrenoveret Kalmar A-hus. Et super lækkert sommerhus til familien der skal på sommerferie eller en weekendtur ud af byen.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Eller tag en tur ned til skoven og stranden og oplev noget af Danmarks smukkeste natur. Gå en tur på Højderygsstien igennem Geopark Odsherred som går lige forbi den hyggelige have. Rist dine Skumfiduser eller snobrød og pølser ved bålstedet. Eller bare læs en god bog ved brændeovnen i den hyggelige stue.

Small cozy charming and authentic cottage from the 30s. 200 m to the beach, good hiking and cycling opportunities in the nearby area, public transport right to the door, lovely garden with many pretzel nooks, barbecue, fire, hammocks. The house is not modernized and is original and charming. Among other things, the toilet is located outside the house in the shed and bath takes place as a floor sink or with outdoor shower. It is located undisturbed on a large old plot. Here is time for rest and relaxation, but there are also shopping, restaurants, mini golf and similar within walking distance.

Hundested and Liseleje are within cycling distance and both towns offer good restaurants, lots of shopping, fresh fish and clever specialty shops.

The house contains all the necessities for both children and adults, with everything from water sports to outdoor sauna with attached ice bath. 6-7 people can easily be housed.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
