An authentic and original apartment where you can feel good, and where a very endearing cat has its habits! Ideally located in Wazemmes in a very lively environment with all shops and entertainment around. Thanks to Stéphane who is accommodating and friendly, here is a stay to renew with enthusiasm!

We had a very pleasant stay at Eve's house. The house is as described.

We spent two exceptional nights in this love room in Kortrijk. The place is perfectly decorated, intimate, clean and conducive to relaxation for two. Everything is thought out in detail to create a romantic atmosphere: soft lighting, private jacuzzi, ultra comfortable bed and a small gift on our arrival. The calm of the place made this moment even more enjoyable. And what about brunch? A real treat! It was excellent, very hearty, with fresh and varied products to start the day in a sweet and gourmet atmosphere. It is the ideal place to meet as a couple and disconnect from everyday life. We recommend blind eyes and will come back without hesitating!

Such a fabulous experience! Michel's home is welcoming, cosy, airy and full of art - such a lovely feel to it. The garden is fab - a green haven with lovely seating area, we ate outside every day. Everything we needed was easy to find and use - well-equipped kitchen, spotlessly-clean house, comfortable beds, good showers. Surrounding area is great - a short walk to a gorgeous park and lake and the modern art museum. And we took trips to Lille (10 mins by car), Bruges (an hour) and Tournai (30 mins) - lots to do in and around Villeneuve D'Ascq. We were made to feel super welcome. Michel got in touch ahead of time to arrange our arrival and his daughter Pauline met us at the house as Michel was away. Pauline is a delight - so kind and welcoming, gave us a great tour, answered all our questions and replied immediately when we messaged a couple of questions during our stay. (Pauline speaks perfect English too if you're not great at French). We would absolutely visit again!!

Great house very spacious. Well kitted out kitchen. Only issues were the electronic lock ran out of charge and there is no secure parking.

The place looks exactly as cosy and homely as pictured and described. great location - near a metro station and loads of places are walkable. Marine is a friendly and warm host, who welcomes us with open arms and gave good recommendations. would definitely recommend :)

Lovely room with balcony, friendly hosts and a short walk to get a 10min metro to Lille. Lots of street parking outside the apartment complex.

I was visiting the North and especially for a friend's birthday. Nadia was very nice and welcoming to me and my friend. She was also very flexible with my departure time because my train was leaving later than expected. Nadia knows how to put people at ease. I recommend it.

From the first contact we felt very welcome: the communication with the host was smooth, friendly and personal. The location is beautiful, ideal for walking and cycling in the quiet, natural surroundings. You really feel that an effort has been made to make guests feel at home.
